Melt Down

Melt down, Don't loose control. Breathe. Hold, a teddy bear! Care Bear!! Don't cut your hair! Don't know when to become stable, again. Just, stop .. And realize I'm not the only one. Don't know when ill be able to sleep again. With nightmares, I'll have another rough night. Raising thoughts, "go away!" As I rome through the night! Out of control leave me alone!! God, keep your angels around me. I've been sick all along. Several years, have gone and passed. And I'm still suffering. Keep, a journal.. Stay on your meds. And keep going to therapy, please. Sleep deprived..... Mood changes.. Up and down.. Call the Docter if you feel this way. Please , you are not alone!
