Brahn Bailey Poem
Through the cold ether
we can talk, who has never
once seen each other
( Gregory R Barden)
Weaving words like lace,
we trim the hem of language ...
made kin by our craft
(MAHTAB BANGALEE)
For ether we are live in one roof
beautiful

Brahn Bailey Poem
At any rate, it's going to be epic
Its going to be amazingly bold
Awesomely cool
Just plain right legendary
It'll be twisted
It'll be renounced
It'll be (for lack of a better word)
Flumongous!

Brahn Bailey Poem
Broken gates, leaning on broken walls
Broken streetlamps, they all fall
Walking down the broken road
Running away from the broken fold
Hiding in the broken Manor
Behind the broken Banner
Broken Banner of a broken land
It's symbol was the white hand

Brahn Bailey Poem
History of the Elder days, up to the Battle of Rose Dawn
In the Elder Days, when the world was young
Gernot and the Fallen ones attacked the light of Ior.
Aki the father would have it nought, and made their work undone
Then Arianhod and Havardr waged against Gernot war.
Revenge for their sibling, the great ring-giver
His shield was made of gilded gold, motifs of Aki the lord
His sword now is broken, and he now gives rings no more.
So Havardr called the Sunpia, the Elder men of old
Those still loyal to their ring-givers family.
Of them their was Aghi, Shadow of Terror
The last of the Time-Smiths, seeking revenge
Against Gernot for slaying his forge-brothers
His hammer was mighty, his Odachi like a razor
Long and thin, sharp for war.
His warriors mounted to thirty strong, all great and strong
Then there was Hallr, First of the Sunpia
It was he who Aki forged from the stone of Iledreth
His Nagamaki was Stone-cutter, sharp as the eagles beak
agianst the river fish.
His men amounted to a hundred strong, all eager to serve the first born.
The Battle of Rose Dawn. The Aeth-Drinker Magni is slayed by Hallr, who then dies from his wounds. Gernot slays Njall the Champion, whose spirit tells Arianhod of the Stone of Mørdrikker
They stood above the plane of Rose Dawn,
The great army of Havardr stood on high.
Then out of Tywyll came Gernot and his horde.
Of them was Magni the Aeth-Drinker, a Demon
Of the dark, one of the Bearers of a Gamorder,
Blades forged by foul Sunpia to drain Aki's spark
From its victims.
They charged forward, surging like the For-Darni agianst the shoals
Magni and Hallr fought, Stone-Cutter agianst the Gamorder
Magni stabbed the dark blade into Hallr, the tip driving
Deep into the shoulder.
Aki's Spark fled Hallr, and his strength fled.
With his last gasp he swung Stone-Cutter
His blade swung true, and the steel
drove deep inside Magni the Foul, and he died.
Hallr dropped on the battle-ground, his life ebbing
With his last gasp he shattered the foul Gamorder
Releasing his spark to return to Aki's fold.
Gernot charged into Hallr's broken men
All mourning the lost of their Ring-Giver
He fought Njall the Champion, greatest of the warriors of Hallr.
He fought the foul Sunpia of the South-lands,
with his great blade he slayed them.
But Gernot the Spear-Crusher tore thru him
Like a arrow through air he killed the valiant men
But Aki released Njall's Spark, and he appeared
On the Rose Dawn he appeared to Arianhod.

Brahn Bailey Poem
So you think you can rhyme
go ahead, ring that chime
you have no ability to compose a verse
or the drive to excel in this course
So just go ahead, try your best
but I will undoubtedly be unimpressed
perhaps you will someday aspire
To be so good with the Lyre
Go ahead, the gauntlets thrown
try your best or be disowned
you'll never be better then me
even if you live 'til four thousand twenty-three

Silver lamp of light
Low howl, longing, louder
Grey form looks upwards
