Infinite Failure

Why are you so blunt?
Can't you sugar coat it for me, because the truth taste like old cheese.
See you and your originality is killing me.
Making my nightmares a reality. Everything I said I wasn't gone be.
You’re making a fool of me.
Can't you just doctor it up to make it sound pleasing?
So I don't curse myself and pretend it's just teasing.
Stop making me cringe. I am not at ease.
Give me back my comfortability!
Why are you doing this to me? Haven't you heard that the truth hurts and takes away every piece of dignity?
Why are you doing this to me? Haven't you heard that it is better not to change then to be somebody?
I rather be here in my false stability.

The Analyst

I've got to watch out for my typos.
My imperfections cloud my judgement
I forget which way is up or was it down
I hate that I get turned around.
Struggles make me ill.
Disappointment makes me still...
Still, I can't be still because I've got
to fix my typos.
I've got to be the best
and I've got to tend to this mess.
I've got to get an A on this test.
Maybe I should rest..
rest, I can't rest because I've got
to fix all these typos.
Line after line
page after page
the story has to change
it can't stay the same
because my diligence is real
it doesn't matter how I feel
MAN THESE TYPOS.
if I could just understand
that I hold the key in my hand
to unlock his door and her door.
I know WHAT'S IN STORE FOR THEIR FUTURE.
they're counting on me...to make it a bit more easy.
But I've got all these typos...

Everything Is As It Should Be

I've never been so happy in my life. Restoration and complete rejuvenation. Hurt should be pooling around me. Ready to drown me. Yet, I'm on cloud nine and I could care less about time. My heart sings a song I've never heard before. It sounds like heaven in its brilliance rejoicing. What is this joy? This peace? What is this new found zeal? Everything is perfect and in its right place. My heart is where it should be. My lungs can breathe. I can stand on my own two feet. I can dream.
Faith. Hope. Trust. Love. Success. Freedom... Freedom.

Don'T Be So Hard On Yourself

Even your imperfections are sweet like the dew on a rose.
March on like fire.
You are not alone.

Substantial Consequences

despair causes friction. yes, hurt causes tension.
these years got me feeling undriven. make it past these years. work hard.
but they don't tell you about the required decisions. i no longer feel able to.
i envy what I shouldn't. it's heavy. i know i shouldn't.
no longer is it fear. It's substantial consequences. what happens now affects tomorrow. Tomorrow’s facts are written.
it's strange i don't want no one around. encouragement seems to destined discouragement.
it angers me to want so much. how hard is it to be satisfied for now.
ungrateful. disdain.
it's hard to rise when you know you're low. It’s hard to breath when you know you’re lungs are closed.
So what now?
The one true king. The ruler of all things. When you’re heavy he’ll carry you. He’ll dig you up when the devil tries to bury you. What more could you ask for. Victory is right at your door. Open it up and get your heart fixed. Because you’re the one he picked. It’s easy to give up. But it’s hard to try. That’s the reason he died. So he could help you through the try.
How do I begin?
Ask for his spirit to come in. let go of all worry and strife. He can heal the knife wounds in your back despite how it got there. Accept his light. His peace will make everything alright. Substantial consequences are now rewritten as substantial blessings. His will be done in my life no more second guessing.

Beautiful Hero

Your eyes of peace.
Your smile of grace.
Your kiss of zeal.
Your hair of glory.
Your hands of righteousness.
Your feet of beauty.
Your destiny awaits.
You’re in the right place.
You fear nothing.
You see all.
I Am that I Am.

The Author and the Body

Mind and spirit stream from your face like waterfalls.
The shore is captured by your embrace.
Not only do you have the streams and lakes, but the many wonders of breath intakes.
Awesome is your name and mighty are your ways.
Your heart is true and pure like the dew when I wake.
The gentle eyes that shower love never fail because they were created above. With the strongest hands no waves could stand.
The waters part at HIS command. Many don't believe.
They say it's untrue, but I guess they have never felt love from you.
I hope they do see one day. Your awesomeness, your mercy, your grace.
With your love even in the rain I see your face.
Constantly reminding me that their is a special place.
Not even a hurricane couldn't keep you away.
Even in silence there is your voice like mist.
Soft and subtle like a first kiss.

In the Son

Temptation is false hope.
It surrounds me in lies.
Clouding up my mind always coming in disguise.
Temptation is foolery.
It’s like a pest to me.
Always trying to steal my destiny
Temptation, that son of a gun takes my soul and plunges it into the sun.
Not the ocean where it's cool and fun, no the sun that burns me until I'm well over done.
Is the battle won? NO it’s just begun!
Even though charred and scared I look to the holy one.
To clear up the rage so I can see The Son.
He lights up my day and reminds me that the battle is won.
Even though Charred and scared I look to the holy one, the only one.
It’s just begun. It’s not done.

Time's Secret

Hardship seems like every day.
Why is my personality being forced away.
Overrated interragations fly my way.
Like I'm a coward who can't see through this haze.
You told me to try.
I'm tryin'
You told me to live.
But it feels like I'm dyin'
Seeing the future is a pain.
The past is worst nothing has changed.
Here I go again on a rollercoaster ride that flips me up and down sliding to another side. Depression trying to have a grip in my recession. Here comes a master to opress my opression. Dancing with the naked eyes. Combrere! In the fire I dance. It's to hot for me can I have another chance.
To prove I won't fail.

I guess only time will tell.

Open Your Eyes

Being back here reminds me of my delirious state of mind.
That is why I stay busy all the time.
Why slummber and remember what you lost.
When you can work hard instead of paying the cost.
Dreaming all day, but nothing gets practiced.
Being accustomed to what the future holds.
Instead of working on steady growth.
What tomorrow brings will come.
Because there is nothing new under the sun.
Stead fast in the deed that must be done.
Keep time and pace on this inconsistent run.
