Missing You

so long without you.
your scent.
your voice.
your embrace.
longing to see you.
the new moon comes and goes.
but never you.
never to see.
your smile.
your eyes.
your beautiful face.
will we ever meet again?
will you only be in my memories?
i close my eyes.
i see your face.
your smile.
must i live without you?
will you ever forgive my shortcomings?
have i lost you?
never to admire your beauty.
never to feel your embrace.
must i go on?
missing you

Beauty of the Stars

night approaches.
i look to the heavens.
stars.
so many stars.
beautiful stars.
the home of lost loves.
shining down.
all sleep.
as i gaze.
gaze at the night sky.
the beautiful stars.
so calming.
beauty of the night.
beauty of the stars.
to calm even the hardest heart.
faces.
faces i see in the stars.
connect the stars.
tell the story.
the story of the stars.
stars in the night.
witness the beauty.
the beauty of the stars.

Night of the Storm

A cold winter night
Frigid wind blows
I see you walking
Walking in the storm
Walking so fast
I watch you shiver
Come to me my dear
See my arms wide
Come
Take shelter in my arms
Shelter from the storm
Find warmth
Next to my beating heart
Beating fast
Beating loudly
I see the cold
The cold in your eyes
Come with me
Find shelter
Shelter with me
As I take you out of the storm

My Son

new life.
beautiful life.
let me teach you.
ill show you this life.
this world.
come with me my son.
let me give you all.
all that i never had.
see the love in my eyes.
love for you.
love everlasting.
my life for you.
to teach you.
teach you right.
teach you wrong.
my pride and joy.
my child.
my namesake.
let my name live on.
live on in you.
proud.
so proud to call you.
my son.

Evil Money

change.
no change.
all costs.
money.
so evil.
so controling.
evil money.
money to buy all.
all comes with a price.
more money.
more power.
so evil.
to turn even the kindest.
turn the kindest soul evil.
so controling.
world leaders.
controled by money.
evil money.
to kill ones values.
values money cannot buy.
all killed.
by evil money.

Broken Promises

promises.
so many promises.
all about the world.
even i.
promises made.
so many promises broken.
promises of change.
promises to help.
promises to love.
all promises broken.
is this our world?
never to keep promises.
words.
so cheap now.
one can never believe.
never trust a promise.
are we to destroy ourselves.
through broken promises.
of all promises to keep.
keep the promise of change.
give us no more.
broken promises.

The Dying Rose

vibrant red peddles.
blooming.
so beautiful.
shining brightly.
thorns just below.
even true beauty comes with a price.
the price of blood.
standing tall.
the days go by.
a little lower everyday.
peddles fall.
the beauty fades.
fades slowly.
holding on.
holding onto every ounce.
every ounce of beauty left.
as more peddles fall.
slowly fading.
fading into death.
death becomes the flower.
as the last peddle falls.

Where Does Peace Lie

violence.
such cruelty.
so much hate.
hate in the world.
where does peace lie?
within us all?
is true peace dead?
have we lost?
lost all thats good?
do we only have evil?
is evil all thats left?
left in our world.
why must we fight?
why must we kill?
where do we regain the light?
the light of love.
the light of peace.
of happiness.
when do we find?
find the peace we lost?
before all life dies.
where does peace lie?

Sleep Not

sleep.
no sleep.
mind racing.
intensity.
so much to sy.
who will listen?
never tired.
sleep not.
fast.
so fast my thoughts.
pages.
so many pages.
who will hear me?
is my messege to never be heard?
my messege.
will you understand?
sleep not.
for i must write.
fill the pages.
pour out my thoughts.
so much to say.
no time to sleep.
sleep not.
for there is much to say.

Hear My Pain

see my pain.
hear my pain.
this pain plays a melody.
a melody in my heart.
whos sound is like razors.
razors through flesh.
tearing apart my broken heart.
broken by me.
hear my pain.
hear my song.
as it tears my heart.
tears my heart to shreads.
so small the pieces.
to never reasemble.
from my own doing.
am i to destroy everything?
the razors tear.
tear apart my heart.
this pain ive never felt.
no one to blame.
no one to blame but myself.
i beg the stars.
take away this pain.
