Shayna Mirabella Poem
Behind the closed doors, we knew she stood.
All nerves and anxiety, as her life was about to change.
Her father ready to walk her down the aisle.
This was her big day,
The day she hoped and dreamed of.
Her true love waiting to see her.
She was no longer daddy's little girl.
The doors flew open, and all we saw were smiles.
From ear to ear was nothing but happiness.
Clothed in her fairytale dress,
So white, so pure, like a snow princess.
Christmas Day was Jesus' birthday.
It is a day of love, joy, and faith.
It is now also their day,
A Perfect Christmas Wedding

Shayna Mirabella Poem
He refused to let go of her;
Well, at least not yet.
A beautiful couple they were.
He still remembers the first day they met.
She was fading away;
He didn't even feel her touch.
They met in May,
And since then he loved her much.
He wanted to believe she was there,
Believe she was still on Earth,
But no one seemed to care,
Not even her parents who gave her birth.
Today marks one year
That she was kidnapped by her hair.
She had to have much fear,
And they even tied her hands behind a chair.
He swore she was still there,
But knew it was different than before.
Their love was still shared,
Even though it is no more.
