Inverse Storm Poem
This mind never shuts down,
It makes my ears ring.
Sometimes I wear a frown.
I overthink everything.
I analyze every subtle move,
In search of some motive,
Like I have something to prove,
Making me highly emotive.
I wear my emotions on my sleeve,
Yet I keep a whole world hidden.
Darkness abides in this reprieve,
Where thoughts thrive unbidden.
Look into my eyes, see what I feel.
I will say yes when I mean no.
I'll hide under this dark veil.
I hold grudges, never letting go.
Betray me and know revenge,
Calculating, bold, and cold.
I burn bright enough to singe,
And I'm not afraid to scold.
I know you better than you do.
My feelings make me magnetic,
Stubborn, complex, yet soulful too,
Sensual, wise, and dramatic.
I will be loyal to the death,
And despise the two faced.
I'll love you to my last breath,
Yet kill myself in selfish haste.
I trust so few over the years.
Nurture my love, watch it grow.
Passionate and full of tears.

Sinful writhing ball of snakes in heat.
Forked tongues licking the eyes of deceit.
Venom tears rain down to flood the street,
Where the harlots love to meet and greet.
Unholy dancing around this fire.
Singing with your sinful demon choir,
Hypnotic verse, of plans to conspire,
To stoke the flames of my funeral pyre.
No mixing the messages you've sent.
Calculating each phase of descent.
Burning with your malicious intent,
To soil each moment we have spent.
Slither back to your den of thieves, snake.
Slither back and hide for your own sake.
Coil yourself up to tremble and quake.
As you know, your venom tears are fake.
All your rage and animosity,
Only destroys your integrity.
Serving to poison your destiny.
So, burn in hell for eternity.

Passion ripples through my veins.
My head swims in drunken delight,
As I taste the elixir of your desire,
The essence of your soul.

Mold into one as we collide.

Glorious Union.

I struggle with constant shame.
A torrent of flooding blame,
My thunder and pouring rain.
You destroy my selfish pain.
You rescue my drowning heart.
With soothing and calming art,
Your fingers dance across me.
We embrace, our spirits free.
I relax my anxious mind.
Find resolve, no longer blind.
I believe my future lies,
Deep within your hazel eyes.
