Can'T Fight This Feeling.......

A tear trickled down the side of her freckled skin,
Her heart was shouting, deep within,
The beads of sweat lay on her forehead,
As she thought of what her peers said,

The adrenalin rushed round her body-like water in a tap,
Her hands shook with worry as she typed this rap,
The blood pumped around her brain so very fast,
She takes a deep breath-how much loner will this last?

The thoughts run around her brain like a dog chasing a cat,
She is a human being but treated like a rat,
So one last time she calms herself down,
And makes a smile out of a frown,

God help me she says and looks up above,
Then she is showered with love,
God is by my side lighting lamps to guide me,
He is the only one that makes me feel free.

Freedom

Freedom is what i crave,
If only i were so brave,
Freedom from me,
Freedom from what others see,

I want freedom from my own mind,
If only life was so kind,
Then i'd have freedom from my peers,
i'd have freedom from my fears,

Words simply can't explain,
What's running around in my brain,
Freedom from my own nightmare,
I swear,

Freedom i crave,
if only i were so brave,
I'd be happy, on the path of light,
then i could do whats right.

Love

Love is such a simple word, but, oh it means so much,
Babies to the elderly cannot escape its touch,
life without it is no life, a dead and empty shell,
But suddenly love shines through and its light makes all things well,

A mothers love is very strong- lies deep within her heart,
No matter what her offspring does her love will not depart,
A teenage love is fickle, not sure which way to go,
Then finding someone special their love begins to grow,

The ups and downs of married life brings tests of love each day,
Life isn't always roses there are thorns along the way,
But with each trial the thread of love is strengthened with each pain,
Then suddenly love shines through like a rainbow after rain,

Love holds the world together as was meant by God above,
The reason is quite simple for we know that God means love!
