These Arms For You

These arms for you
my heart breaks in two
because all they do is take from you
There's no escape from you
How you long to be free
How you need to breathe
In darkness and despair
I'm left grasping for air
You've no idea the pains u endure
believe your lies, like your love is pure
mistakes, mistrust were all you gave
to hold me to you like i was your slave
Tried to fit in, trying to belong 
But you played me like a puppet all along
Something had to give, i knew you were wrong
I need to be brave, need to be strong
