The Ubiquity of Perception

Clarity comes well born to dawn
With an undying, insatiable rage,
Gone are the times when love was ours
That permitted a wit to gauge
Free men once said that time based lies
Do marketh and strengthen our faults,
But now, we are, as ever before, the race that designed the vaults
Not now
Not past
Nor never still; a back to laden the burden
The rock that stands erect
Shall be the one that acts as Verdun
Because, all this, will never be, disposed of tranquillity,
The Fall of Rome, the fall of man
Shall waddle in the sea.

Crisp and Fresh As Mourning Breath

Oh beauty
Oh delight
Oh gorgeous want for life
Absence of a wonder such as you, would surely cause me strife
When night doth fall again on blackened soul,
Till ponderous questions rise
A Vision of your remedy, is but a work of felony
Ones life is not that liveable
Until one hears those syllables,
Oh beauty
Oh delight
Oh gorgeous want for life
Absence of a wonder such as you, would surely
Cause me strife.

Marriage By Knives

Unscrupulous ties of marriage by knives,
And a face that begot the sun,
All time and fate doth mingle late
Till resting sorrow come,

The mind
Once stretched
And muddled
And tetched,
Shall in its mourning see
That in the end, we all as one
Will in our coffins be.

Tantrum of a Dying Mystery

Tantrum of a dying beast
Gyrating at a voluptuous feast,
Tendrils of incantations whispered long ago
Spell & dispel guilt from every visceral, callous heart

Furious wells of hopelessness
Bubble from below
Each soul to touch his hilt
Each soul denies his guilt

Sand between her fingers passes, slowly, as the dark begins to grow
Unaware of seeds planted, that now begin to wilt
Unaware of the fragility of the show,
And the fragility of remaining true; as the earth begins to tilt

Drunk in passion,
Drunk in wine:
Drunk keeps you soft, but not benign
Stay innocent

Stay true
Can they make it out in time,
For the ones that make it out alive
Are definite, but few.
