Tamarra Thomas Poem
I don't want to be beautiful if it means putting on make-up for 3 hours a day.
I don't want to be beautiful if it hurts.
I don't want to be beautiful if I will never be enough.
I don't want to be beautiful if it means staring at a stranger in the mirror.
I don't want to be beautiful if my best friend becomes eyeliner.
If beauty is pain
If beauty is time
If beauty is plastic
If beauty is stress
If beauty is money
If beauty is everything
Than thank God i'm ugly

Tamarra Thomas Poem
Take a breath
what if that was your last breath
Would you matter
Would you be remembered
Now exhale
Go and be unforgettable

Tamarra Thomas Poem
I was never really afraid of what I couldn't see, but what I could see. Because what I saw in the day would haunt me in the night.
I wanted to be left in the dark and sleep away the pain and light of the world I found myself in. The dark was my friend, It has a way of revealing things to me that were hidden in the light.
In the dark is were the truth showed it face to me. I found God and disappointment. In the dark I would cry but in the light I shed no tear.
I love the dark because after a long bright day I can wind down in the dark, see the stars and wish for more darkness.

Tamarra Thomas Poem
I am a monster, I am darkness.
I am envy, I am pride.
I am a storm, I am a disaster.
I am crazy, I am wicked.
I am a mess, I am dust.
I am Gods perfect creation.
