The Love Shock Test

why seek true love
when even the truest love is fleeting
the thing you should desire is
for lasting love to transpire
take my hand and hold your breath
this is a love test
do you have a single doubt
about how it will turn out
are you afraid they will leave
and how you could possibly grieve
worry no more the stress will disappear
and just send this to your sweet dear
because it's over they never really let you near
it is fact they are being clear they don't want you here
take your love and disappear don't live in fear

A Poet's Unity

words to inspire
words of suffering
words to bring tears
words of fears
all the words
written to remind us
that we can trust someone is near
because we have feelings thoughts and fears
and we all love so much which makes it hard to trust
we are all the same until we take a seat we stop
changing how we perceive
keep an open mind
and always believe each poem
is a message a lesson
you see
a message that says
it will be okay because
I got threw it that's why I had
written this poem today
so you know your just not alone
who ever you are
I am here too
 today won't ever change
we are all the same trying to survive in anyway
doing what we got to do to make it threw another day
go on and smile it is a beautiful day to be a poet what do you say?

You Keep Her

Just forget let it all go
Let this be the only place you know
For the sands of time are never kind
I want you to know you will always be mine

You try to escape me
But my grip is strong see
You know you can never be
This well without me

In the back of your mind I see you crying
You really think about flying
Well go on keep on trying
You don't have the heart to leave me dying

Maybe I am cruel in a way
You think I am selfish though you stay
I know you don't believe in me
And i know you really need me

My pet you are my treasure
Nothing else can measure
This joy I feel keeping you
Making you it real reliving
the pain you always feel
i love you
and this is your catch 22

Happiness

pieces of sunlight peak threw this forest
across the mountains there you rest
walking threw this lonely road
a quest within has been bestowed
the cold night is filled with worries and fear
and you really wish someone was near
but only one can travel this way
all those wounds a debt to pay
grow on and know you are safe
as long as you hold on for your sake
don't approach life with demands
rather humble your hardness
open your hands
let it all in
go on try again
be brave and hopeful and you will
find it friend

I Will Runaway From You

I will runaway from you.
I will runaway because I am blue.
I will runaway from you
I will runaway because I dont know whats true.
In your eyes I see my pain life seems like a big unfair game.
I dont wanna play.
I just have to say.
My heart is broken and what I have lost.
Your love won't remedy the cost.
I am still hurting and I need time to make up my mind.
You will have to wait and see.
You dont really love me. we dont have chemistry. I am sorry I must leave. This is hurting me.

Deny My Choices

you got me down
you got my frown
now I am frozen
pitiful and self-loathing
trapped in this ocean
drifting with the tides
weaken by your lies
I had faith I'd pretend
I couldn't see I was blind
you were my friend
I just ignored the signs
now alone troubled and cold
the warmth has me crying
I tried to give up but I couldn't cut dying
maybe tomorrow the sun will shine
maybe tomorrow I won't be crying
maybe tomorrow you'll stop lying
maybe tomorrow I will quit denying
all this misery for no decision see

Unloved

a little labyrinth bore in her eyes
the light simply ripe away with her cry's
afraid and a shame
such a beauty they'd say
she bares there name
from her family astray
she sat and she'd wait
for something to change
but there was no date
to reunite thee estranged
restlessly waiting for a mother to care
a cold cruel women who just didn't care
a father so young just wanting to have fun
how could they know all she would wish
was she wouldn't miss
anymore hugs nor a kiss
the one thing a kid needs and can't live without
a loving home and no doubt
she never got what she wished
however she learned the value of time
as she sat crying she realized the cost when
love isn't greater than neglect
and now she doesn't know what to expect

To Whom My Heart Belong's

I love you babe
this I must accept
I love you babe
we aren't perfect
I love you babe
here I made you a spot
I love you babe
even if we've fought
I love you babe
we have this strange bond
I will love you babe
I never felt anything this strong
I love you babe
I found to whom my heart belongs

How I Love To Be

Searching the stars
Of my boulevard
Pondering the fire
In my heart
Now that it fell apart
 seeking to stop these tears
And escape from thee undying fears
I used to believe
That you would come rescue me
Now I know I must go
I must remember what I know
Nothing lasts forever
On to a new endeavor
With our love behind me
break away to find me
 I'm on the wind
 happy you know
how I love to be
