Poetry Message

A poetry
is a collection
of words that expresses
author's emotion or idea
sometimes with as specific rhythm or rhyme

Poet uses a figure of speech
that makes a comparison
between two things
that are basically different
but something in common

The metaphor does not use
the words 'like' or 'as'
But some poetry has words 'like' or 'as'
that is called a simile
The two poetic techniques are almost always there, but not seen

Poetry is a feeling that author wants the reader
to understand
Sometimes a heart breaking arrow shattering
or even joyful sunny day like when you were born
Poetry is a gift that everyone can write

People use poetry in novels and narratives
Some lines have animals, objects or human qualities
The words fill the page with imagery
to give feelings
Describing the plain into special words

It uses the five senses
So that the readers can touch and taste
Readers can smell
Readers can see
Readers can hear

Poems are like crumbs of a cookie
All you just have to do
Is to select the right words
And make the reader sense
Feel the feelings that you've put into

It's like stars
They sing with heart
They try to send you a message
About their experiences
How they've felt in the sticky situations

Some poets uses words
that aren't in the dictionary
Those words might be sound words
Explosion sounds maybe spelled, "BOOM!" or "MEOW"
Those words are called onomatopoeia

Some poems are so still without them
It makes the poet feel not right
They feel like something is missing
That's what poets think about
Reading it over and find out what's missing to deliver

When poets give an animal, object, idea, or human qualities
That's called a personification
When words dances into your mind
Imagining the worded movements
Sometimes it's just so easy that you miss them

Some poems have alliteration
The fist consonant sound is repeated
In several words
In the same line of a poem like
Something slid solemnly stood

Poetry is a great kind of writing
If you're the kind of person
Who doesn't like that much writing
You might fall for this writing
Because this kind of writing you need time

Poetry is a great kind of writing
If you're the kind of person
Who loves to express your feelings
You might like this kind of writing
Because this kind of writing you need heart

The Crazy Guard and Riddle Experience With a Museum Guide

The guilty guard tried
His guess never got closer to right
The guide was trying to be patient with her guest
The strings of her guitar strummed

The zigzag lines and lazy shrugs
They all made him try to argue his dialogue
He went to a catalog and searched for the dialog
His phone rang wildly with a picture of iceberg with a ladybug shaking

His intrigue tongue twirled inside his mouth
The fatigue of the guide got plagued at him wondering
‘This league might be written in different…
Language!’

His strong hand tapped on the gauge
With his vague language,
He texted his telephone,
‘Shan’t* it bet* be something starting with a T instead of G?’

Art

Two girls
Sitting in the food court
Paper and pencil
Drawing pictures
Imaginary characters
Concentrating
Visualizing
Their drawings
Each character in their own imagination
A few minutes passed
Like a breeze
One girl smiled
Suggested a competition
"Who could draw the best?"
The other girl accepted
They quickly got to work
The fire burned inside
The second girl's hand
Did not try to hesitate
But the hand did not know
How to draw so perfect
The first girl gently stroked the pencil
The second girl glared
Told herself,
"I could do better"
After a couple of minutes
The two girls compared
Who was the best
Suddenly an argument broke
The second girl bragged
The first girl knew how to treat a friend
The second girl forgot how to be a good friend
She judged the other girl's drawing
She instantly claimed the title
Both
Got
Quiet
And pushed the drawings aside

Fall - Leaves

Fluttering brown leaves
Drifting slowly to Earth
As Summer passes by

Blue Apple Temptation

At the apple farm
Buying some blue raspberry apples
Cash in my pockets
Dying to eat the treat
Eventually, I'll break down
Following my mom
Getting my mouth watery
Hiding my drool was just hard
I stared at the candy
Just sitting there on the counter
Knowing that I had to wait makes me want to get closer
Limping towards the snack
Mother wasn't looking
Needing to scoop that sweet
Oh, how am I ever going to get it?
Protection was there on the apple
Quietly, I sneaked
Restlessly, I peeked
Stopping every five seconds
Tempting to eat the apple
Up into the air, I raised my hand
Vibrating cell phone disturbed my chance
With that
"Xanthans" destroyed my plan
Yawn in my mom's face, but still, I cannot get the treat now
Zillion ways it could have failed anyways

Loveliness

Lovely kisses
On the special day
Vast of warmth air
Elegantly touching
Life filled with gentleness
Inside everyone's mind
Nothing but thoughts of your Valentine
Everyone shares love
Someone has his feelings for you
Someone has her feelings for you

Is Kruel Really Cruel

Kruel is certain that Polly deserves life than death,
even if Polly couldnever take a breath
She has more time to spend with friends
She has lots of good friends

Why would Polly give it all up now?
Answers won't resolve somehow
Did Polly really mean it,
when she accepted the gift?

Polly must be hiding something
Kruel knows how her process of thinking
She has traveled through the Laser Trail
Many times, back and forth to find a tale

Was this something to be honest with Master?
If Master heard this, it might end up in a disaster
She was fulfilled with curse
That's all Kruel knows about life of hers

Kruel was sneaky
She tried to be tricky
Polly would not fall for her prank
Kruel can't be franc

Polly has a scheme
She has a dream
That Kruel can be friendly
And can be gently

Polly's dream came true
Kruel changed out of the blue
She felt the way Polly wished to live
She wanted to give

The wish that Polly made
Make her tears fade
She was a friend
And she wanted to spend

The rest of life without
Master's business, Kruel doubt
But Polly smiles and Kruel believes that this is what friendship is
"Her smile to keep the Magical Universe from getting out of control," Kruel says

Rumor

What are you doing in there?
No one has ever been
That warehouse is a rumor

I Love You

If only I knew
This feeling inside
I wanted to find
Meaning of Valentine too

I couldn't understand
What was this day about?
It was always a thought
At my mind's land

"Why do we have this day?"
I've questioned myself
The query wondered itself
It was not easy to play

Until I've found someone
A man that I would not forget
To be filled with love, but not full yet
What a fun!

I can't say
The phrase is on the tip of my tongue
On Valentine's Day it hung
I wasn't okay

I trembled…
"I…I…"
The thoughts blurred
My left eye

He hugged me
Like I was scared
It was like the sea
Waves soared

The feelings linked together
I love you
The air filled with angel's feather
I truly do
