White Sage Poem
I felt the touch of the breeze on my face from my sleep
Oh! With the morning sun, i woke with a flip
And there staring at me, is a lady in her teen
I, surprised but not frightened
Gave her a questioning look
"Who are you?"; I asked as an imaginary atmosphere pooled
And searched for ready-made answers in her open-eye book
" I am your lady"; said she
With a voice that seems to flee
"Lady?"; I asked with a confusion which she can see
Coyly, she replied " your woman to be"
Again I was stunned, first her presence and what her mouth spilled
And after the little interview entered a convoy, my old folks and the priest
Who wrapped himself in a sash and hands filled with beech
"This is whom the gods hath avowed on thee"
The priest said in a voice booming and deep
The lady,
...my woman to be, looked down and never up at her feet
Like forever it seems
As different thoughts ran through my mind
I? A lady? The gods? Are they so blind?
I didn't even ask to marry
I was praying for a few millions to carry
Never even thought..., then how could this be?
The lady stood in a glowing ebony skin
And a beautiful mark was boldly etched on her chin
With complete illiteracy obviously on her body was written
No! No! I can't accept; this pleasant morning gift isn't for me
Because her plump body like cheese
Doesn't even come near my please
And so is the skin of hers, lathered with grease
Waking me from my trance, the priest said out of believe
"The gods have destined you together; so will you certainly follow their will; you will love each other for eternity they said"
And I watched the morning broadcaster who has a divine anchor on display
Until after his silence, I shifted looks from the priest to the lady
And ended the travelling gaze on my old folks' faces
And there they are, with gestures of joy extremely ablaze
Then I remembered, they are all of same believe; living in the same sheath
While I on the outer-space live away barricaded by a shield
Then I decided on the instant
Forever my heart will be resistant
Even while the priest continued to boast of how
I and my undecided-betrothed lady will live together for many years so
Confidently, the priest said "When the gods said it will be love at first sight..., but now it shows"
I guess the priest, and the gods didn't see the heart of me, as hard as stone
In my decision, this plight will end tomorrow
If my folks continue to insist
And the viral believe continue and persist
Then I will leave for them their world and find for myself another world free from hypocritical mists
But I continue to think
When no alternative exists than to migrate, and as days with nights blink
Remembering what the priest said, "thou both shall produce, of many children on the gods wings"
Are the gods sick?
If not why would they divine events which has streaks of babels
Certainly, if they aren't sick, then they must be crazy.

White Sage Poem
Thousand years! Thousand years it is
Long living like the undying breeze
Deep down my self, deep down my ease
In the thick bark of my heart a love does exist
Thousand years ago
There exist for my mood, a flower that glows
Regulating my heartbeat and blood flow
Raising my guts up and down, in rows
Making my emotions like trumpets blow
Thousand years! Oh so long many years
And I can still feel the pricks of her lovely spear
And the scent of her placating presence, like roses very rare
Oh thousand years, and the love still exist, yes!
I still love you, till forever nonetheless

White Sage Poem
Dear beloved
I close my eyes and whisper to the breeze
That wherever you are, you be in so much ease
And that eternal joy, and a good rest, you they give a kiss
Dear kids
Here I kneel
In the middle of the empty forest, accompanied only by bushes and trees
And I pray, that you get all big round juicy bliss to keep
Dear friend
I open my arm on the silent beach
And hope that the ocean accompany with wails of prayers for thee
In all my wish, of the body, heart, and mind, with smiles I call for you to heal
Dear siblings
Here I always pray, as for mother and father, so for thee
An auspicious fulfilments for your dreams
With many such happy years for you to see
Dear reader
I pray for you the best, as you read
And for you a share of luxuries and bliss
Coupled with sweet vanilla flavoured peace

White Sage Poem
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder
But only elegant people can have beauty in their eyes
Only great people can compliment another
And bad ones see with eyes that is sly
Trying to judge using their own ways on others
Seeing not any compliment no matter how you try
But nice ones have eyes that see further
Knowing what the empty page implies
When complimented, know the complimenter is excellent too
Because he's seen through the hue
She's left the spoilt and picked the good
Only a thieve can predict a thieve
Clothiers best know the quality sleeves
And only weavers see through the best weaves
Scorpions never compliment but sting
Empty barrels only tink
But lovely people give you wings
thanks to Dalia for the inspiration...

White Sage Poem
Now he said
My frustration is well fed
But her attention didn't hear
How his desires bled
Then she continue to wait
For the one of her fate
And his words are late
As they slept in silenced state
Whenever herself, she asks
Who is the one of her dreams
Out there in the vast, he bask
Hidden away in the sun's beams

White Sage Poem
I have forgotten you
Said she, trying to be true
Hiding away her wounds
In her wrecked mood
And there he stood
With that look
Being crude
Not caring of her droop
He lives his way
She lives in dismay
Because she loves
And he won't say the word

White Sage Poem
If my tears could clean her pain
And make her hurt no more
Then I will drink every sour
Because of my beloved friend, more for
If the smiles will knock on her door
And the price will be a bit of my ego
I will sacrifice it so
Oh!
If today will clean your sorrow
And give you showers of joy tomorrow
And it will only cost me a penny so hollow
Then I'd throw it in a pit very shallow
I want to take away your tears
I want to bring back my dear
Dear friend, dear friend...
If only you and your smiles again will toast
And it will cost me a bit of my boast
Then I did become the phantom again, a ghost
For you are my coat
And am your cloth
In your joy does mine float
You are my boat
And am your kite
If only your happiness will reach such height
And it will cost me only a bit of my might
Then I will give away the blackness of my hair so bright
And bring the smiles back into your sight
I did fight
If only I have the biceps
I'll fight
If only I could
I'll fight

White Sage Poem
Right from your sleep I heard your voice
Calling out to me, ranting my ears
Oh dear how can I not hear?, I just have to hear I have no choice
Your silent breaking voice is all I can hear
Right from where I sat alone I heard your call
I just couldn't let it be and bare my soul
How can i not hear you clearly from this lonely hall?
To my ears, for your words is a special hole
I will appear as you call, then I will hold your hands
Either they are cold doesn't matter because by your side I will stand
I will be your sweet and be your beach sand
I will be your everything if you don't mind
Your voice is a call of my summon
Coming unto me like beams of rays
Showering my attention with a request uncommon
I don't know why but your voice calls me, and i just can't lay
However it will be, either one sided or reciprocated
You need not worry, I will hear your call since am dedicated
I will arise and follow your voice even if I get suffocated
Either complicated or simple, I will do as your voice has indicated
Oh beloved do you see? The magic still works well
You called me and i appeared
I never will be able to ignore your silent whispers which rings to me like a bell
Dear, I will always be here, as I said, I will stay and hold your hands out here
can you feel it there?
my soft palms caressing away your fear
how I wish I can be more dear
and show you how much this heart of mine cares
Right from your sleep I heard your voice
Calling out to me, ranting my ears
Oh dear how can I not hear, I just have to hear I have no choice
Your silent breaking voice is all I can hear

White Sage Poem
The king of hades came and rode
And split thousands many throat
From the body of men and women who float
On the blue rhyme-singing water in boat
And the massacre continued into the large city
Crushing all the dried lilies
And drawing blood from the body of innocent farm-boys who looked tacky
And from the royal kids from a blossoming family
And from all others that are not or more than wealthy
The king of hades came and rode through all living bodies
And made them in a blink of the eyes and a pump from the lungs a breathless sleeping body
Many a women were left with an open abdomen
And some mercy-untimed killings for the men
And some more ruthless savage for the salvagers in the den
For priests are a torn face and cracked skull
For town-criers; arrows were stuck into their guts
And for many anonymously unknown, they were greeted by cold-death on swords
And for animals, some had their belly torn
And some killed by spilling a drain of blood; from a stab of their own horn
And birds who had their skin burnt
And fishes who in black boiling oil were drowned
The beautiful horror scene filled with terror is more than the eyes can afford
And more than nature could afford
What more for, what more before
The king of hades came and killed thousands, and infinity, and many more

White Sage Poem
If you hide behind the stars
I will watch you through the mirror, moon
And if you hide in memories and the heart's scars
I will watch you through memories transparent balloon
If you hide in the breeze when its scarce
I will watch you through the pool and expect you soon
Or if you stay blurry in the white snow
I will watch you and let my brain process slow
If you hide in a barrel and let yourself sail
i will watch you through the transparent water, I won't let my sight fail
If you become great and make a no see decree
I will hide and watch you on trees
No matter how you keep yourself from me
I will stay and watch, I won't let the emotions flee
