Dear Family

Dear Family,

The wish I was hoping for,

Never came to life,

The black veil is now draped over me,

The darkness is in my heart,

My wish that never came.

Dear Family,

Would you even say it is a family,

A family is bonds,

Bonds that never die,

A bond that is coming undone.

Dear Family,

A dyeing one at that,

A dyeing family I once cared for,

A care that is now covered with a black veil,

A black veil that is never ending,

Dear Family,

The love I once knew,

A love that kept our family together,

A love that was strong,

A love that is now dyeing

A black veil that covers that love,

A black veil that covers my dying love,

Dear Family,

A wish that I was knew gave,

A given wish that I wanted to be known,

Known as my final wish,

A wish that shall be buried with the family,

A family feud that never ends.

Dear Family.

Moments Like These

No one knows like you do,
Moments like these,
Come once in a life time,

The moment I know,
That we belong as sisters,
The moments like these,
Are the ones I care for,

Moments like these,
Know that I care,
I will protect you,
I hope you know,
That I will always be here.

Moments like these,
I know that,
You will be free like a butterfly,
A butterfly that will gain her wings.

Moments like these,
I know you care,
You take the time,
To be here,
When you are need.

Moment like these,
Are the moments,
That bonds us forever.

This poem is dedicated to my little sister.

Big Sister

The way you promised me,

The promise that was never fulfilled,

The promise that means nothing to you,

I hope you are feeling guilt.

The feeling of guilt holds a meaning,

A meaning of not feeling well,

Big Sis my childhood hero,

Where have you gone,

Where is that big sis that I wanted to hold,

Hold for hours,

Where have gone you all my life,

Big sis the meaning of a promise,

A promise that doesn’t mean anything too.

I hope you still love me,

That love I hold for you,

A bond that lasts a lifetime,

Apparently to you,

It means nothing to you.

My whole life ended up in tears,

That one promise you made it clear,

Clear to my conscious,

That you aren’t worthy of my trust,

Big Sister where are you now.

Big sister life holds a meaning,

A meaning towards life,

Life is one thing that should be held,

Held with care, love and promises,

But to you,

To you life isn’t worth the adventures,

Adventures that are meant for families,

I hope one day you are able to understand.

Big sister you are a broken promise.

Free Bird

Free as bird,
My wings spread far,
As I take a leap of faith,
I trust in myself,
To hold myself against,
Against the dangers of the world,
I trust to break free of the past,
And fly free to future,
With no regrets, with no hesitation,
I spread my wings to take a leap of faith.

Simple Rain

Simple rain,
Pours down my body,
As I walk down the street,
 I see no people,
Why does it rain?

It rains,
Because the Angels are crying,
Why are the Angels crying,
Because everyone is allowed to cry.

Simple rain,
Many functions,
Cleanses the Earth’s sky,
Because people cry,
Children running around,
That’s why it rains.
Simple rain.

It rains,
Because Angels are crying,
People are allowed to cry,
Not many know why,
But in all,
Rain is all but simple,
Simple rain.

If You Know

If you know,
Then tell me,
If you don’t,
Leave it be.

The moment you came,
Was the moment I fell,
If you know what I mean,
Then tell me now.

If you let me go,
I won’t leave you,
The moment you give up,
Is the moment I give in.

Your loving arms,
Keep me safe,
If you leave now,
Is the moment you give up,
The moment I give in,
Is the moment I hold on.

If you love me,
Tell me,
If you let go,
I hold on tighter,
If you hold me,
Hold me longer.

In this moment,
Tell me you know,
If you don’t,
Leave it be,
Tell me you know.

If you don’t know,
Leave it be,
If you do know,
Tell me you do know,
The moments we have now,
Let’s share it with the world.

The Moments I Give

I gave it time,
I gave it space,
Now tell me what,
I am suppose to do.

I don’t understand you,
The moments we shared,
Seems all for nothing,
I see the hatred in your eyes.

Tell me what I am doing wrong,
What I am supposed to do,
Seems as if you hate me,
The moments we shared,
Seems in the distant past.

I gave it my all,
I gave you my heart,
What is the next step,
Is it walking away,
Maybe so, maybe not.

The moment I knew,
The hatred in your heart,
Was all for me,
What else am suppose to do.

The moments we shared,
Seems for nothing,
The nothingness is getting to me,
 I gave it my all,
Seems like it was for nothing.

The moment I stepped in,
The moment I tried,
All for nothing,
Why try,
Why give it all.

Because I know I can’t give up,
Because I love you with all my heart,
Now tell me the next steps,
Because I am about to give up on you.

Love Is Frequent

Love is not simple, yet a complex emotion,
                              The love that is shared,
The love that comes once in a life time,
Love is like a million butterflies, in my stomach,

                                  Each time I see you,
I get all giddy, the times I have you,
Opening my heart, to finally let love in,
                               With you by my side,
I can fly to cloud nine,

Love is to levitate, without hesitation,
Letting love in, to fly with the clouds,
                              When flying with clouds,
I am on cloud nine, thinking of you,

There is a feeling, feeling in my gut,
The feeling to trust, trust with all my heart,
Can I trust you with my heart?
The feeling I have, can you hold it gently?

Something in my chest, is pounding like a beat to the drum,
A beat that I can't get out of my heart,
                    This feeling I can't explain,
Can you feel my heart, beat like a drum,

Can you trust, trust me with your heart,
The heart that has given everything,
Everything, everything I know to hold dear to me,
I can feel your heart, can you feel mine?

Christmas Warmth

The time to give thanks,
The time to spend with family,
The time to give,
These times are meant to be a family.

Christmas Warmth,
To stay warm,
To stay inside,
To drink hot chocolate,
The time to stay warm.

Christmas Warmth,
To cook cookies,
To bake pies,
To spend with families.

To give,
To thank,
To warm,
All apart of Christmas Warmth.
