I Just Wanted To Talk To You

I only wanted to talk to you, 
not annoy you.
I wanted to share a conversation where, we talked,
and laughed.
I only wanted a moment of your time,
to share with you some of mine.
I speak, and you growl, wanting silence,
effectively silencing me, hurting me, 
letting me know, you dont want to talk with me , only at me.
It really does hurt me, for you are all i have,
I miss talking to you when you really loved me,
and listened to me.
Now only silence has respect for me, and unfortunatly it is very lonely.

Meth

Oh the pain is raidiating again
need to snort,need to smoke
my brain is about to break.

Oh how I need you Meth,
Yet I hate you so much.
You take all my money,
you take my sanity to.
You ruin me with all you do.

You already took my family,
you already made me sick.
you already took my bones,
and soon my death you will make.

Meth you have ruined me,
I hate what you have made me.
A liar, a cheat, and a beggar
you create.

Cause oh how I have to have you,
oh the ache you create.
I can not ignore you,
no matter what I regret.

because at the end of the day,
you always win.
Here I am on my knees again.

Death would be kinder,
at times I do think
than to live in the stink
that you think is my life.

Someone please save me,
from myself,and deliver me
from this life that Meth did create.

The Older We Grow

Time has a strange way of sliding by silently,when you are not watching,
Next thing you know it is a new year,that you have to survive and get your family through.
 Mirrors are no longer a looking glass from which you gaze upon your reflection,
You just glance as you rush to and fro.
losing even more time,and it feels like even your mind,as you notice a gray hair growing in plain sight.
Your children are grown up and on their own,and fear of the unknown comes to live in your home.
My husband and I sit and rock in our chairs veiwing the awesome sunset,
When he smiles and says We have loved each other through good and bad ,raised our children well, as we grow old together, we have more love to show,and share,
Until we move on, and no longer care.

My Thunderbird

Oh my bird my awesome, you fly down the highway, all 8 cylinders pumping,
oh how you make my blood boil, ripping wind through my hair,
faster and faster we go, not seeing anyone we know ,oh to fast you go
       it is a wonderful feeling to know you are mine, my thunder bird
I love to hear your engine whine,squealing and screeching our tires every where we go
 oh how wonderful to know you are mine , my race car, my dream car,
my awesome gift from my dad, no man can catch me as we fly.

Daddy, I wish I could talk to you one more time,
to feel you hug me, whisper it will all be okay.
  to know i can talk to you just a phone call away,
where I could call you ever day.
 To be able to share my good news with you,
or share a tear when I am afraid.
just one more day, before you went away.
just to kiss you, and say good-bye

My Little Girl

I remember when you born,
so little and all alone.
Now i see you all grown,
a wonderful woman all your own.
A momma you will soon be,
which i am so proud to see.
you will love him,so deeply,
you will see.
why i protected you so fiercely.
a mommas love is so deep,
and never ending.
soon you will know,
the depth of your well of love.

Mother

I am a Mother,
you are a child,
I know best,and will share the rest.
I will follow you, I will call you
I will be there for you.
Even when you hate me, there i will be,
waiting for you to notice me.
so you know you are loved.
The world will overwhelm you,
mean and cruel.
I am mother, I will protect you
even when you are grown.
That's my job you see is to always be

Unseen Pain

Before you judge me,
you should know.
I am not lazy,nor do i want your pills,
My body hurts very badly.
I have been broken, I have been fused,
so many operations on a knee, that is unfixable.
the pain radiating through my body is real,
just because you can't see it.
Does not mean I am faking it,
or addicted to your pills.
I cry myself to sleep many nights,
from exhaustion.
I can not walk very well,
or very far.
I am unable to do the things i would like to,
such as walk,run,skip,jump,and play with the grand kids.
So please don't judge me undeserving of respect,
due to my unseen pain.

The Past

The past

      The past will always last,you tend to forget it fast
      when judging other people.
       It's always so sad,when people get hurt bad
       because we are always so mad.
       At the time their pain may seem like our gain,
       and give us joy.
      when really it is the devil's ploy to part us from the Lord.
       by creating a great ford between our Lord and us.
       The lord doesn't like us to create such a fuss,
        about something that doesn't involve us,it's between him and them.
   He wants us to watch for our own walk,and not to talk about others as if we were him. Only God can judge people by their past,we are to love everyone with love that will last not judging them by their past.

Love Really Is

love is not what the world portrays today,
it is not lust, nor wild abandon, nor stupid infatuation.
it is loyalty, friendship,and forgiveness,
forsaking all others is a vow to be kept.
Do not listen to the nay sayers who tell you ,many lies,
to truly love your mate you must forgive mistakes.
do not be self-centered, thinking only of yourself,
it is being gracious to the one you love.
never putting anyone above them.
Remember flirting is cheating, and talking down your mate,
Give them love and faithfulness,and you will get it in return.
love is not easy nor is it meant to be, it must grow and mature,
for it to last,so when the hard times come,hold fast, and bring them closer 
to your heart.
love will always give you a new start, each day is new to rebuild your world and your love. so hang in there and cherish the choice you have made and the vows you have shared. love is never easy nor is it loud.
quietly it will come,in friendship it will bind, and in loyalty it will abound.
