A Tribute To Love

A lifetime of love,
How precious, how pure
Through trials and tribulations,
Their love was the cure.

Their love spoke volumes
Through actions and words
Like depths in color
Like wings of a bird.

They had passion and fire
Witj unbelievable chemistry,
God's miracle of love
Was forever blossoming.

Their love touched everyone
In its own little way,
The humor, the strength
And the ability to not sway.

Their love is our example
Of what God intended from above,
To them we celebrate
A TRIBUTE OF LOVE

My Best Friend

I thank the good Lord above
For sending you to me.
My life became greatly enriched
As we became a family.

Words can not describe
The beauty of who you are,
You touched all of our lives
Like a brightly shining star.

An awesome person like you
Could never be replaced,
May God help us cope
With the emptiness we face.

Rest in peace my sister,
I will forever cherish you.
Knowing you're in your Father's arms
Is what helps to get me through.

As we goodbye to you here on earth,
Your spirit and presence will never be gone.
Your love and joy has filled our hearts,
And that is how we will carry on.

Goodbye for now my Lisa,
My sister, my very best friend.
You will live in my heart forever,
Until we finally meet again.

Daddy's Angel

Dustin Ray Oldham is my daddy's name,
His hair is curly and mine is the same.
I love my daddy as high as the sky,
And as far as the ocean is deep and wide.

My daddy means everything to me,
We are as close as close can be.
I am the apple of my daddy's eye,
So much that my pout will make him cry.

I hope to be his pride and joy
In everything I do forevermore.
I have my daddy's ornery and rotten grin
And getting into trouble is our biggest sin.

To my daddy, and my friend,
Life will cause us many twists and bends.
As I get older and much more defiant,
My love for you will always triumph.

Daddy, you are the man in my life,
At least until I become someone's wife.
Do not worry though, and stay strong,
For nothing can break our awesome bond!
