Broken

Wind blows today to the past
Time goes on by way to fast
Trying to find a love that will last

Put my heart on the line
Don't think I can do it one more time

Why must I subject myself to the pain
I just keep getting left out in the rain

Can't fix how her heart feels
Guess I'm stuck in the mud spinning wheels

They say time heals a broken heart
But what can you do
If your heart just won't part

Made a commitment for life
Now I'm looking at a woman who doesn't resemble my wife

Time can change a persons face
But memories it can't erase

How I wish we could go back
Back to the days when our love was raw and pure
Spending the rest of our days together was for sure

Now we have grown apart
I keep holding on for a new start

I'm left in the mist of the storm
Trying to mend a broken heart that's been torn

Eyes Fiery Red Now

Eyes fiery red
Piercing through sheets of ice
No time to listen now
I guess you will think twice

Eyes fiery red now
What's left to say
Don't want you here now
Why can't you just go away

Eyes fiery red now
As you continue to creep in
I have gave you your last warning
Which you greeted with a grin

Eyes clear blue now
The red doesn't stay for long
I will not let you steer me
For I'm much to strong

Passing

In the darkness his mind crept
For an eternity he had not slept
Hollow faces with hollow eyes
Come to take you on a final ride

Run with me now through fields of broken glass
Don't stand still for to long
The grim reaper unveils his mask

Worms encapsulate eyes which could once see
The shadow lurking but your lacking feet to flee
Twisted images fill the blood stained sky above
Then you catch a faded glimpse of a pure white dove

The sky goes blank like a strangers stare
Images of your past play through the air
Fast at first your heart going to explode
Slowing down now it's time to go
