Breaking Up Early

I chased you:
Time was in my favor.
Living in this sometime world,
Words blowin' free,
Falling out of my mouth.
Reckless, I couldn't carry on nor care.
The king will come,
The one I'll give my heart to,
A poetic leaf
And a stream of tears
Will be received
Willingly.
My heart
Wants to collapse.
This warrior
Will throw down the sword.
I can't keep up,
I can't think straight
Anymore.
