Time

Rare are the moments
when time stands still
We surrendered ourselves
gave up our free will
Time shared in silence
how wonderful the sound
Alone in the wilderness
dressed...eager...and bound
I will not forget this
as I step back into time
The real world surrounds me
this has been so sublime

Only You

Time passes slowly
When your alone
Home doesn't feel homey
When your on your own

When there's no one to share
This pain deep inside
You think they don't care
So you just want to hide

Hide from yourself
And others too
For nobody knows
This pain, only you

Heartache

I sit here alone
I feel nothing
I feel everything
I sit here alone
Am I obsessed?
Or maybe possessed
I sit here alone
Patiently waiting
His heart, I try baiting
I sit here alone
Thoughts of him
Ruled by a whim
I sit here alone
Am I just a toy
To amuse, or bring joy
I sit here alone
Full of heartache
I can't shake

Dreams

What do you dream?
Do you dream of happy times...places?
do you dream of the past?
Or possible futures
Do dreams of the present
Disappear from previous realities
What lies in the future?
Perhaps bringing dreams to life
I want to live my dreams
With someone special
Dreams are only dreams
When they are not shared
Come share with me
The wonderment of dreams

Little Guy

What can I say
to my unborn son
I really do love you
Even though you are gone

Gone from my body
But not from my heart
I'll always be with you
Even though we're apart

You were so young
To be taken from me
But there was no choice
It just had to be

You'll be in my thoughts
As the years pass by
And forever and always
You'll be my little guy

Always

Alone myself
Alone with me
I cry inside
Can't you see
Make it stop
This pain inside
It hurts so bad
No place to hide
Help me end
All this despair
Be my friend
Always care

Alone

Alone in my darkness
Alone in my sorrow
When comes the brightness
Maybe tommorrow

In silence I wait
All of these years
Alone did I wait
Alone with my tears

I long for a friend
In the deep of the night
Someone to help end
This misery and fright

But soon it will end
These feelings inside
For I'v found a friend
And there's no place to hide

Long Ago

They say that time
Will ease the pain
Each day goes by
I'll feel the gain

It will take long
For me to know
These feelings I have
From long ago

To understand
And make things right
Please take my hand
And hold it tight

Trust

Its time you know why
Even though I may cry
It's the simple things you do
That helps me see through
Through your eyes to your soul
In your heart, you are whole
No words need be said
Yet they dance in my head
Words like trust
That is always a must
It's so hard for me to do
Yet, somehow, I trust you
For years now I've tried
Many tears I have cried
But you, you hold my hand
So simple, yet so grand
No ones done that for me
For twenty years plus three
That's an awfully long time
To wait and to pine
Your warm hands touch
Has meant so very much
So I want to thank you
Cause its been long overdue

Ninety Four

It was Christmas day
In the year ninety four
At home I did stay
No one at my door
Alone I did cry
Within my shell
Many times asking why
Then saying, oh well
These times alone
That I should treasure
Scared to the bone
They do not measure
I tried to remember
Good times gone by
And all I could do
Was cry
