My Aunt

I remember when I was a young girl
You took me under your wing
You taught me wrong but we had fun
You were the face of happiness
You never had a care in the world
You were such a free spirit and lived for the moment
I remember your stories of days gone by
I know your wish you could go back in time
Seeing you the way you are now breaks my heart
Its not your fault you are no longer in this world
I will always love you
I will always remember your smile
Your will stay in my heart as long as I live
You are my aunt

Country Life

Sitting on the front porch on a hot summer day
Cooler full of beer
Shots on the way
I turned to you and said
I live for days like this
You smiled and blew me a kiss

Living in the country is like a dream
Riding four-wheelers, fishing in the stream
Bonfires every night
Kissing you under the moonlight

I'm exactly where I want to be
The city life is just not for me
Watching the dogs run and play
Country life is the only way

Living in the country is like a dream
Riding four-wheelers, fishing in the stream
Bonfires every night
Kissing you under the moonlight

Kill Me

Can you help me get rid of these sins
The evil,the demons all within
The fire, the yearning, the desire
I feel it running through my veins
I can't take any more pain

Kill Me, Kill Me
Take me to the other side
Kill Me, Kill Me
Drain my blood until I'm dry

I can't hold on much longer
These feelings are getting stronger
I can't make it through another day
I take all these pills just to get away
I try to run, I try to hide
I can't escape these feelings inside

Kill Me, Kill Me
Take me to the other side
Kill Me, Kill Me
Drain my blood until I'm dry

All these voices, making the wrong choices
I just can't say no
I've lost my sanity, all of reality
How do I get the evil to go

Kill Me, Kill Me
Take me to the other side
Kill Me, Kill Me
Drain my blood until its dry

Letting Go

The wind whispers your name
The leaves are dripping with rain
The ticking of the clock as time passes by
The flame burning in the window hurts your eyes
I know you are suffering
It's time to let go
Your can't hold on for my sake
You have a decision to make
I will hold your hand till the end
Feel your soul rise
It's okay my love
I will see you again
Tears will be shed
My heart will ache
The memories will get me through
I'll smile again my love
Every time I look up at you

Lost Child

I never had the chance to meet you face to face
You grew in my stomach for just a short while
I felt your presence with every breath I took
I imagined what you would look like
I use to daydream about you growing up
Taking you to the park
Swinging you on the swings
Hearing your laugh
Your first words
Your first steps
How can you miss someone so much you never met
Its the bond between a mother and a child
It starts even before they are born
You will never be replaced in my heart
You will always and forever be my child with no name
