How I Feel Right Now.

A love that lives only for you,
A love without a beginning and without end.
A love so tender yet so true
A love that the strongest storm can’t bend.

A love all consuming my every thought
A love so real you feel its soft caress.
A love others can’t find, but it’s always sought
A love with passion unable to suppress.

A love for you never ending is my vow
A love that will survive the span of time.
A love I didn’t believe possible until now
A love my dear, so sweet, so sublime.

A love you’ll never have to seek
A love that endlessly aches for you.
A love we share, so rare, so unique
A love my sweet, that makes all things new.

Crawling Out of My Skin

There’s a panic breeding inside of me, uneasiness spreading like wildfire.
I don’t know who I am anymore, that’s because everyone else is a liar.

I feel like I’ve been picked up from nowhere and dropped into this pathetic girls
life.
I really don’t know how she does it, there’s so much pain here it cuts like a knife.

I feel an urgency pressing down on me, like the reflex of fight or flight,
But this time I choose to do neither, like a deer in the road in the light.

Because I'm only here on the outside; the clothing, the hair, and the skin.
I couldn't tell you where anything else is, there’s just a vast emptiness in.

Visions

I see visions that aren’t very pretty; I see visions of torture and pain,
I see myself huddled and crying
I see crimson that stains where I lay
I see my life bleeding before me
Please take this vision away

A vision I hold in my mind
A vision of just what may be
I pray to whatever’s above me
That this vision does not come to be

Open eyes soon shut again
Only to live out a dream
Some of the visions are lovely
Some of them just cause me to scream

The visions are becoming closer, I feel them and smell them and taste,
I know they are piling onto me because I lived out the last 3 months in haste
I don't care if I hurt you with these words, and I can't keep them inside of me
My savior is to open my mind, close my eyes, say a prayer, and let them free.

Leap of Faith

Full circle really isn’t true, for I would not have wanted the former you.
Beyond all things that seemed to be, in the past, there was no “you and me”.

To my amazement now, your eyes aren’t closed, for now I see into your soul.
Through wrenching pain, anguish, and tears, the real you, your soul, finally
appeared.

By God’s grace above all things must change, and he decided to wipe away our
pain.
A second chance is his gift to us, and to take this chance it is a must.

Through hell and back and far beyond, we’ll always have that common bond.
We lost our way and lost ourselves, but God is giving us his help.

To say a leap of faith is without fear, that’s never true, and they’ll be tears.
But our love is powerful, strong and pure, and I know, my dear, we will endure.

Michael's Mother

The beauty of your mother was not in the clothes she'd wear
it wasn't even in the way the light danced upon her hair.
The beauty of your mother is beyond these words I write
her beauty came from in her soul, you saw it in her eyes.

The beauty of your mother was not measured by success
yet overflowing was her resplendence when you felt her soft caress.
A light warming every room she entered, words melodious and sweet
washing over you, as her verbal hug was your personal retreat.

The beauty of your mother had really only just begun
Showering you with drops of love and laughter as the sun.
The beauty of your mother is what her wish would be for you,
Pure happiness and joy, For you, true love, to be loved too.

Remember each day your mother and the beauty that she shared
all the lessons she tried to teach you and how much for you she cared.
Because the beauty of your mother is not gone, its in your heart and in the skies
She is in you and when you gaze at me, the beauty of your mother is reflected in my eyes.

Broken Man

I can see your pain, I can feel you when I hear your voice,
How did something so pure and beautiful go so far off course?

It breaks my soul that you're so down, and I still don't know why he's around.
Only when I dream am I free to scream, because in the day it cannot seem
that my heart is there with you, my body too, you see, for you are everything to me.

I'll never be okay, but for you to be I hope and pray
I thought you were my purpose here, but not I just have doubt and fear.

But In the darkness, my sweet love, I still feel your light,
Just hold your head up high, remember me, but do not cry.

I'll pray to God ten times a day to fix your life, only this I'll pray.
No matter what this life holds for me, peace and love for you is what should be.
