I Wish
Hoping I would be blessed,
Just like the rest,
To have a child of my own,
To see him from birth to all grown.
Seeing my friends share the happy news,
I wish I could be in their shoes,
I wish I could feel the excitement,
The whole nine months of anticipation.
I wish I could feel 'his' little heartbeat,
I wish I could feel 'his' little feet kick,
I wish I could feel 'his' every movement,
As he goes through every stage of development.
I wish I could embrace motherhood soon,
I wish I would be blessed with a boon,
I wish God would shower his blessings,
I wish HE would understand our feelings!

Hope
To have rain on a dry season,
To have a solution for every problem,
To have a cause for every reason,
To have an Eve for every Adam.
To have cash for an empty wallet,
To have an excuse for every mistake,
To have the taste of every chocolate,
To have a balm for every ache.
To have food for a hungry stomach,
To have relieve from every pain,
To have love from your sweetheart,
To have a solution fro every constrain.
To have wishes fulfilled,
To have prayers answered,
To have our hearts beguiled,
To have our lives anchored.
