I Wish

I Wish Hoping I would be blessed, Just like the rest, To have a child of my own, To see him from birth to all grown. Seeing my friends share the happy news, I wish I could be in their shoes, I wish I could feel the excitement, The whole nine months of anticipation. I wish I could feel 'his' little heartbeat, I wish I could feel 'his' little feet kick, I wish I could feel 'his' every movement, As he goes through every stage of development. I wish I could embrace motherhood soon, I wish I would be blessed with a boon, I wish God would shower his blessings, I wish HE would understand our feelings!
