The Curse

The Children Suffer
They wonder how they got this far
It is only now
That they get an epiphany
Realisation of why
Their eyes had always been rainy

It all started when their grandmother
Lovingly latched their mother
Onto her warm breast
The breast that gave her and the rest
Love, Growth, nutrition
The same breast gave them, the curse

As she latched her child on her breast
A tear rolled down her mother's cheek

        Pain has transferred
From her, to her baby-and also to her baby
And now to the third generation
The curse prevails

To the Lord above she hails and says:
IT STOPS!!
This she says with faith
And prays for it to STOP!!

I REFUSE, I REFUSE!
To pass on...
The CURSE

Change

Everything needs to change
It takes a while before everything goes back to normal
It feels uncomfortable & Unusual
Until you get used to the way things are

Just the same way that before spring comes winter
And after summer comes autumn
Nature blossoms, then deteriorates

If plants had emotions they would smile in spring and be sad in winter

But the reason behind all this is CHANGE
Change is important for growth, change is refreshing..

Change allows one to experience new heights

A tree planted in spring will be beautiful with green leaves
As soon as spring ends, summer comes
The leaves will grow bigger, longer and greener

By the end of summer, autumn kicks in, leaves start getting dry
 and bristle
Losing their beautiful colour
they fall, winter comes, they freeze and die.
then the cycle begins again..

So... We also should learn from our environment
Change is good
Makes you bigger, better much more beautiful...

We are not exempted from the deterioration before the blossom
We too need to be prepared and keep going when our autumn comes and things don't look as pretty
Because we know we will after winter, be beautiful and in summer become bigger and stronger!

Lets embrace CHANGE

I Write

I write
When the world seems like a place that is not my home
I write
When the world seems like a beautiful place
I write
All I need is the ink in the pen and a paper to serve as my punching bag
To release the pain the joy, the sadness, the triumph I feel inside of me
I write
Inspiration overflows from my soul and the feelings pour out and my victim is my paper
My therapist is my heart, my mind feels cluster phobic and needs to escape
The escape is my paper, but I need my pen because without my pen ..

I Cannot Write

My pen is my sword, paper is my enemy
I love my pen and I need my enemy,
But truth is,
I need my enemy to heal…
I write……

We all need each other

To 143 This Valentines

1 4 3 on Valentines... From Me

I was used to having you around
Even though it meant my head would pound
Even though my heart would ache
I was used to waking up and seeing your face

But everything happens for a reason
That’s what they say

You and I had our time
Joyful and sad days, our love was bitter and sweet like lemon lime
I don’t mind letting her have you this valentine’s coz I had mine
Mine was twelvemonths times fourteen
I was with you since I was a teen

Now a grown woman, and I am pleased, to have journeyed this road with you
With a smile on my face and a little pain in my heart
I wish you a Happy Valentine’s Day...1= I 4= Love 3= You
