Flight of Faith

I’m a falcon seamlessly driven
I can flex and torque
My tapered wings flap like a hawk
Flight feathers long and slender like a ballerina
I’m vicious like bird of prey hunting with eyes
But I’m not like others in my tribe
I would rather burn my feathers like a fireball in the sun
Or sail through the blue unknown
But never kill another anyone like my merlin friends
I want to break away like tenacious winds
Fastest as it can be
My faith flutters my winglets strong
May I be outcast or deprived
But let my spirits soar high
Let me reach the heaven of prayers
My partial me reprimands I will
Down below my falcon lineage will see me through
Later as a fossil in time
But right now I just want to fly like ashes in the golden yellow sky.

Valentine's Day

St Valentinus honoring day
I was pompous since a week
Lovers feast with kisses in hay
But eventually Despair strong and love meek

In shadow, no surprises
Blatant thoughts got me carried
Heart melted like melancholy hospices
Either I can b in love, or I can be married

It was just a day dated fourteen
I did my usual chores in saunter
Though he could have expressed umpteen
My tongue waggling in banter

Nevertheless hopefully for the next year valentines
Surely my husband will propose, singing love hymns.

It is a Lovely place

Remember how you’ve come such a long way
Becoming iterations of what you’ve become
You’ve grown vulnerable with a pompous inner child
You know joy is about being grateful
And your grief has melted to give way to life
But the tender love
Of those who loved you
Has steeped into your soul
You now diminish the ties that exhaust you
You know Things not meant to stay will erode
And what’s meant to stay will earnestly follow you like a shadow
Until you face the light and become that beacon of hope
You’ve learned that days will be thick with darkness
Which will persevere in your shivering spine
But you will survive and start stronger
Because you are tenacious too,
Your flame is unique, resolute
You adjust your luminosity
Your tears have cleared your vision
And now you know
Your people are just one or two
But you have become a people’s person
You don’t judge them, you have just accepted yourself
How well now you’ve carved your self esteem
Like a costly glassware, protecting it
Not giving it in other people’s hands
You have practiced patience like a song on repeat
Honoring your self, now you sow seeds everyday
You’ve let That knocking joy come in
And you give sadness a seat too when it visits
Your little rainbow follows you in your car
That one which your loved one sent you
Remember how you’ve come such a long way
With this love and wisdom that pervades you
It’s a lovely place!

Do online mindfulness courses work?

Do online courses work? For your mind?
Wake up. Work. Languish. Sleep
Wake up. Struggle. Dissatisfied. Sleep
Wake up. Depressed. Sleep, repeat
It’s suffocating in the mind
Whatever was taking away my inner peace day after day
was a costly affair
I was becoming a toxic piece of grudges
the excruciating pain, wasn’t subsiding
I was counting on myself to rise again and I was reading atomic habits for it
Then I enrolled in a healing and manifestation course online
And I started the therapy within,
accepting the pain as a subsidized power
Of healing and health
I slowly groped inside my hideous self
To find that trigger and owned it
I initiated my thinking for the present
Dumping the melancholy of the past
And the anxiety of the future.
I did pain body meditation
the storm was still raging, the dilemma’s still pertinent
But I was moist in my oasis hydrated in my cognitive resonance
I rewired my inner engineering
unguarded my senses, dumping the prerogatives
Cuddling my awareness, flowing in oneness
With the ephemeral, the ethereal.
I practiced non judgement non resistance
Because you know all pains are psychosomatic
It’s not my body, It’s my mind
It’s not the present , It’s the past
It’s not the situation, it’s the emotion
It’s not my relationships, it’s my past experiences
I told my stuck emotions to leave sooner than later.
Then when I opened my eyes
I love bombed everything
My laptop, my eyes, My quintessence, my hair
My mousse, my serum ,My writing fanfare ,
I’m not giving my self worth in anyone else’s hand like a costly glassware
I invite shame and failure to revisit me like evening guests
But I don’t pamper them- I just sit there watching them have a monologue
It’s liberating
I’m future pacing success
I’m healing and I’m manifesting
Iam …..becoming!
Light is ….beckoning!
Wake up , focus, feel good , sleep
Wakeup, accepting, calmer, sleep
Wakeup with purpose, inner peace, meditative sleep
Do online courses work? For your mind?
This one is working!
