Lost Love

Since you left i've never been the same
maybe you didn't really love me or maybe i'm insane.
I would do anything to get you back
but there are some things i just can' t lack.
You may be better off on your on
I just seem to miss you when you're not home.
I guess i have no more fortitude to stand up to you
but my love for you will never be through.
I made a promise i should have kept
and now we dont seem to have any friendship left.
You left your love behind, but i will not
mine will always be trapped inside even though you broke my heart.

My Love For You

Theres nothing I fear most than being next to you
I think i'm scared senseless and acting a fool.
When I look at your face I can see straight through your eyes
I can't ask you questions without getting complete lies.
I dream of you both day and night
and spend time with you by the moon light.
It seems to good to be true
but I can't stop loving you.
Theres hate in your eyes and a burning sensation in your heart
it drops the smile on my face and moves us farther apart.
I cross my heart and stop to think
why your love for me is starting to sink.
You'll always be with me no matter where you are
but now you're gone so I guess i've gone to far.
My heart is not pumping properly anymore
its slowing down every day and i'm getting week and sore.
I'm beggining to feel futile and I don't know why
and I can't figure out why i'm starting to cry.
I want just one last look in your eye
before its over and time for me to die.

A Bad Night

The clouds are so dark
I think its going to rain
I see something coming
its the sight of pain.
I hear a loud noise
it sounds like thunder
I go to my bed
and climb up under.
Theres a flash of light
that brightened up the sky
I said to myself
i'm not ready to die.
The noise is gone
its fading away
beneath my bed is warm
so I think ill stay.
Later in the night
it starts to get cold
I think ill find a blanket
thats thick and bold.
I got up in bed
covered my face
fell asleep quickly
bundled in place.
