Our Future

all these distractions and sounds
can be disasters that surrounds
the life we could be living
if we would only concentrate and be listening

You Ran Away

would his life be the same
if he just slept away
you should've seen his face in the eyes of sorrow
it looked like there was no tomorrow
you could've been there for him
instead, the lights are turning dim
you would've held his broken heart
but you ran like a shooting dart
now your taking him from the rope
he is just hanging there, with no hope

Sucide

the pain starts before the sorrow
the sorrow starts before the guilt
the guilt starts before the anger
the anger starts before the depression
the depression starts before the suicide
the suicide started because of the lonleyness

The Shattered Heart

for a boy who has lost everything multiple times
one would think he would be used to it.
even though he has gone through heartbreak and lies
tears start strolling down from his eyes.
again he has lost something that has hurt the tape around his heart.
as the boy still speaks
he cannot say
as the boy still moves
he is paralyzed.
as the boy starts to re-tape his heart
a piece falls out
the boy holds the piece of his heart in his hand.
realizing just how small the biggest piece was
the boy starts to turn those tears into rivers
flowing down his cheeks
as if the ocean was near.
the boy cant control himself anymore
his lip curls
his nose gets soaked in snot
his bottom lip starts quivering
the pain is to much
the boy screams in sorrow.
the heart, shattering through the tape.
all over the floor the heart sits.
each piece rugged with the cracks of every break
the boy still holds onto the biggest piece
and he walks away.
the rest of his heart
still laying there on the floor
for his heart has turned to glass slivers
that no one will touch

Lonley

no one texts
or called
no one cares
to be involved
in my life that i try to live
where everyday is another hill
but i wake up and put on my pants
eat my breakfast and take my pill
walk out the door and give life another chance
i think i have some friends
but i don't ever hear from them
this is just going to be another night
where no one has to show me
how i am very lonley

Death

death comes for us all
its inevitable
we cant run from our own fall
its undeniable
whether we are short or tall
its the only thing in life that is reliable
that death will come
