Without You

I never thought i could feel so alone.
I thought you would always be with me.
Apparently i was wrong,
You left me here alone and tired,
why can’t this ever just end?
What did i do to deserve this?
Sometimes i wonder why i had to fall in love.
Maybe it was for the best,

Or maybe it was for the worst.
Maybe it was this world,
just trying to get a rise out of me.
Maybe i wasn’t  made for love,
all i know is this feeling in my heart,
it makes me feel horrible,
Remembering the day i met you,
remembering the day i fell in love you,
remembering the day i was going to ask you to marry me,
remembering the day you committed suicide.
It all just kills me on the inside,

I don’t know if i can keep going on without you.
Going on without you is a knife in my back.
Everything just makes me feel like im so alone now,
there is no happiness for me without your beautiful heart,
without your amazing smile,
your perfect personality,
there’s just nothing more that i want,
than for you to be here with me right now.
But, this is my life now.
And i know that everything you have been through was too much,
I hope you are finally happy my love.

Alone

Why does this world love to torture me?
What did i do to deserve this?
This thing i call love,
This thing has been crushing me since the beginning, 
It, just really loves to make me feel alone.
Was i cursed for this fate?
Or is this world just that devious?
I must have done something to deserve this emptiness inside.
To deserve this thought of lonesome,
I guess this is the life i was meant to live.
I guess i will just have to keep fighting,
Alone in this world is all i am,
Alone is all i can be,
I will not give up anymore.

Faded

My mind is like a cage, 
my thoughts are like a trap,
everything good seems to fade.
My presence is a pest,
my "friends" have never been true.
I am finally fading into darkness,
my eyes are like pits of lava,
waiting to be my death,
there is not one soul i trust,
because trust will be my downfall.
I am finally faded.

This world is falling into an abyss,
Why must we be forced to live this life?
Nothing is going to last forever,
There is nothing truly living for,
The only thing worth living for is your future,
The future that is only going to end,
All your work will be erased,
What's the true point?
Is there truly a point?

Our blood flows like a stream,
When we peel back the skin of reality,
Everything that you once knew was lost,
Everyone you once had was gone,
Your heart is left black like the night,
The mind is stained with blood,
No idea what to do with yourself,

Our Time

It's been days since i have gone out,
The months just slip by like birds on ice,
There are moments when i think why do we even try?
Our work will be all for nothing once we leave,
We will work our entire lives just so everything can be erased,
Our names engraved on granite and left with all the others,
No one to visit, no one to show, only some have left themselves a name,
Even then most people brush it off as if they were nothing,
We are merely existing with no other purpose,
We are brainwashed to think we serve a god,
When in reality that god is no more than you and i,
We are sitting around waiting for our time,
That time is nearly upon us.
