Superman
My superman
He doesn't wear a long red cape or fly in the air
he can't kill off evil villains with the power of a single glare
But what he does have is rare and cannot be seen
I can't see no wrong in him, he's hardly ever mean
He has a heart so pure and a charm so sweet I think he's heaven sent
All the girls get googly eyes but they can't have my Mr. Clark Kent
But ladies don't be discourage there's a superman out there waiting for you
God will give a man that will change the world from the earth to the moon

Inside of me want to cry, scream and shout
My thoughts are all in a scramble so I decided to write it out.
How could I be so blinded by love?
Look what you have done
But I can’t hate you for changing me into the women I’ve become.
You played your game one me cheating on women to women,
You tried to cover up your lies by saying we’re only human.
You had your mistress, the mother of your daughter play along like a clown.
I needed to put a stop to this so I put my foot down.
Instead of holding her like you’re held me
She should have stopped messing with married men and start being someone’s mommy.
And as for you, I hope you won’t be too blind to see
What other girls are doing what you have done to me….

As much as we use to argue
As much as we use to fight
Somehow I will always make things right by the end of the night.
But what if it was something you wish you can take back
And it’s too late to make right
Sometimes a humble heart will not start a fight.
It’s so ironic how my situation will be playing in a song
Some say my attitude has changed
After being played so wrong.
I would question myself did I really deserve this?
I pray to the Lord for strength, healing and forgiveness..

Have you ever felt that it was you against the world and you couldn’t trust family or friends?
Seems like no one wants to take you serious so you won’t let them in.
Push yourself to be a better person we all know we can,
Because one day all those that talked about you will be your number 1 fan.
I had my trials and tribulations where I was down the lowest of low,
When you take away the pain
They caused the blessings to flow.
So as I said don’t worry so much about the thoughts of what others may feel,
At the end of the day your humbleness will outshine the fake
And show you who was real.
