Your Names

I once met a farmer,
Who showed me the plains.
“What is this beauty?”
And he told me her name.

I once met a shaman,
He lived in forests of rain.
“What is this beauty?”
And he told me her name.

I once met a sailor,
Who showed me the waves.
“What is this beauty?”
And he told me her name.

So when I met you,
I was struck by your face.
“Who are you?”
And you told me your name.

Haikus For Her

1
Every breath inhaled.
New reasons to fall for you.
When you bat your eyes.

2
A song in my heart.
Composed of love notes from you.
Wish I could sing it.

3
If I could, I would
Give you better things, my dear.
And places to go.

4
Let the clock tick tock
Let the time fly forever.
You're my forever.

5
Cold, and harsh, your world.
Mine isn't pleasant either.
Let me hold you close.

6
Nothing more than to
Kiss you, slow and beautiful.
Make you warm again.

7
Pressing against skin
A turmoil of passion too.
Don't go away, please.

8
You are silver smooth.
Of the finest argentum.
I fly in your eyes.

9
Lay down with me, love.
Put your head high on my chest.
Reach to kiss my neck.

10
Laugh and roll with me.
Waking up without you hurts.
I reach for your ghost.

11
I take long showers.
The warm water is like you.
You warm my cold bones.

12
We danced in the rain.
I would not forget that smile.
If you shot me dead.

13
If I was stronger
I would lift you forever.
I can do short bursts.

14
Unfortunately
I have to breath when we kiss.
Or I would not stop.

15
You bring me a joy
I never thought I could have.
How do you do it?

Infinitum

What do you think,
Does the tree fall?
Does the cell multiply,
Even when we don’t observe,
Watch,
Study?

When we lose our self,
In mathematics?
When the last tree falls
And you are not there
To listen, to hear, to observe the
Death of nature’s prized possession.

But WHY?
Sound does not exist, if only in our
Heads,
Brains,
Minds,
Reality.
A perception of waves in the air.
Moving, vibrating.
A soup of neurological connections.
Pulsing, Breeding
Unto multimillions
To the cell multiplying.
Creating Life the beauty of
Earth, its Moon, its Sun.

So what is life?
Energy is life,
Coursing through every vein and
Line of our Universe.
Wishing, hoping,
Knowing what we hope to,
Wish to, want to.
So YES! The tree falls, as the
World cannot, cannot just create
Itself, like a game,
Like a matrix of the mind.

What’s done is done and the birds and
The animals flee from the ruins, and the
Termites crawl.
Claiming,
Charging,
Knowing what we don’t
The secrets of the Universe,
As the cell multiplies, an
Infinite

Supply of life,

While some claim GOD, a Spirit, of Earth

I still claim Science, the hard,
Knowledge, proven unto itself.
The only reason the cell can copy,
Multiply is through the DNA that
Took its
Parents
Parents
Parents
Unto infinitum Life.
The true Tesseract, The true Tessellation, the true Fractal, Onto
infinitum.

Break

I sat there staring at the screen, dimly lit.
I read the words you sent and started feeling sick.
I was doubling over in pain and disgust,
And looking up at the sky to the lightning bolts and wind gusts.
And the storm clouds rolled in.
And the clouds storm in rolls,
And the thunder ended my life,
and my life said what needed to be told.
That there’s nothing you can do to stop it,
Or lower the stakes.
Because a heart’s capacity to love can be measured by its capacity to break.
And its capacity to hate,
And capacity is all it takes,
But capacity isn't all that great,
Because capacity is fake.
I mean capacity increases in a liquid state.
And even more with a gas,
Having limited room for unlimited mass,
And no space in all the world for your unlimited ass,
Because in all the whole human race,
There was only one eye that caught my face,
and without a trace of regret,
You walked that 10 pace,
and turned around and robbed me blind,
Put your foot,
Around my sound,
And started to mercilessly grind,
although in sight-hind, hind-sight,
I lost my will to scratch and bite.
You touched my face and
Fight
Or Flight,
And I might just might,
Forget the light,
That permeated my skin on that rainy night.
You laughed with joy as the rain fell down,
You had a smile like a jewel on an emperor's crown.
And it was that moment forward that I knew, I would do,
Anything to make sure harm would never come to you.
You taught me a lot, And you taught me a little.
And you taught me me that it's not enough to be brittle.
You taught me it’s just not enough to speak in riddles.
You taught that it’s just not enough to play you like a fiddle.
And you taught me not to stay with someone who belittles,
And you taught me that it made no difference whether I was a pile of people or a puddle of piddle,
And you taught to never settle for being in the middle.
You taught me to go up,
And you taught me to go up,
And you taught me to hide a thousand smiles behind a single frown.
And you taught me to go up,
And you taught me to go up,
And you taught me to survive on the borderline of melting down,
And you taught me to go up,
And you taught me to go up,
Until you're high enough to choke and drown.
And you taught me to go up,
And you taught me to go up,
Until Somebody
Brings.
You.
Down.
You taught me that you have to let go, of yourself, and of the world,
And sometime, you just have to let go of the perfect girl.

Imagine This

Imagine this.
I belong in a cage.
Imagine this.
I’ve escaped.

Imagine this.
You’re to blame.
Imagine this.
I know your name.

Imagine this.
I live to kill you.
Imagine this.
I crave to still you.
To leave your body on the ground,
Bloody, destroyed, disemboweled.

Imagine this.
It will be slow.
Imagine this.
Blood will flow.

Imagine this.
If you can
Imagine this.
Your head in a pan.
Your organs, bones, fluids and glands,
You’re staring at them, in your hands.

Imagine this.
When your vision fades.
Imagine this.
The snick of my blades
When away from this world you bade,
Serrated, rusty, home-made.

Imagine this.
I belong in a cage.
Where what kept us alive
Was our fueling rage,
Where you died vision went hazy.
Wouldn’t you too go crazy?
With psychopaths, schizophrans,
Where the taste of blood was like the back of your hand.
Where I happily stacked bodies in a circular henge.
Now imagine this.
I want my revenge.

Mun and Soon

I walk through the garden of my youth,
smelling the flowers,
passing the hours,
The moonlight is shining through,
striking me dead.

The little pond at the end of the path
ripples, shakes,
for suddenly it makes
a tiny sun, with the aftermath,
of a trillion bulbs of lead.

So she sat down on a small bench,
as I watch from behind
a plant, my mind
spinning, reeling, and wrenched,
from the reality of my bed.

The moon came down and professed it’s love,
for the tiny sun,
with it’s life on the gun,
“Please! Oh, Please! My beautiful dove!”
Cried the Moon to the Sun in my head.

The Sun, of course, found a perfect charm in
this young moon,
and before soon
she said that she could see no harm in
a romance carefully fed.

I sat there absolutely terrified.
Stricken with a grief.
Quivering as a leaf,
after a while i just cried
for the Moon and the Sun were to wed.

And when they finally parted with a sigh,
Their love didn’t last,
as some in the past.
They were never together again in the sky.
At long last of a wedding bouquet.

But sometimes they see each other again,
exploding the sky,
with colors so bright,
Creating sunrise, and gorgeous sunsets.
regretting what they had said.

Night Train

He's riding a train, in the rain,
His dissatisfaction is bringing him pain,
Almost driving him completely insane
As he watches the rain spatter the pane.
He's staring at lights braking infinite plains
Of darkness, his conscience a stain.
Watching over his life, without any gain.
No happiness, as his smile is a feign.
His conscience being his existential bane,
(enough is enough)
(he said over again)
And he can do nothing but stare at the rain,
Watching god play his cruel games,
For when the sky come falling, crushing the fame,
And power is nothing but only a name,
And kings have all but given up on their reign,
And when beauty can finally be explained,
Et bleu sacrée coule du vien,
(And sacred blue is dripping from the vien)
And Saints and Monsters are finally slain,
And we've wasted our last plot of grain,
And the creatures of night have shaken their mane
And he can do nothing but stare at the same,
At the rain pitter-pattering on the train,
And the rain, the falling rain.
So when he got up the way he came,
And found the poem he so gladly tamed,
Only three lines, yet they captured his maims.
(enough is enough)
(he said over again)
And the rain pitter-pattered on the roof of the train,
And the rain, the falling rain.
And so his life changed.

The Master of All

The Master of All
Looked down on his world,
Looked down on his world and cried.

“How could I have created
(Was it He who had made it?)
Such a sad world?”
He said with a sigh.

So He decided, to make a storm,
A storm so wild and free,
“To wipe them all out!”
He said with a shout,
So the other creatures,
Are in harmony.

So He went to the Ocean,
With new devotion,
To ask him to make a cloud.
But the Ocean just laughed,
Rather quite Baffled,
And roared in a voice rather loud.

“I can’t just achieve,
For that’s not how it be,
It’s Sun’s job to do that.
I merely collect it,
So that it’s not hectic,
How could you, not know this fact?”

Well the Master of All,
He looked quite appalled to be spoken to in this way,
So he dried up the Ocean
(And with new devotion)
Sauntered along on His way.

He went to the Sun,
(Not to be outdone)
To ask him to conjure a cloud.
And though he tried, he did try,
He could not comply,
because the ocean below was all dry.

He said”HA! I cannot,
and it is your fault,
you dried up the water below.
I need some water to make a storm
Ask the cloud there to perform!”
The Master of all,
he looked quite appalled,
to be spoken to in this way.
So he put out the sun,
(Not to be outdone),
and sauntered along on his way.

So he went to the cloud
(He wouldn’t be cowed)
To tell him to make a storm.
But he couldn’t do it,
But smiling through it
He said (with a breeze rather warm):

“I can’t,” he said simply.

Well, the Master of All,
He looked quite appalled,
To be spoken to in this way.
So he blew out the cloud,
(Not to be cowed)
And sauntered along on his way.

When he was done,
He realized, with a gleam,
He’d destroyed every being who could
Realize his dream.

Now he would never,
Have his rain,
Never his floods,
Never his pain.
Not his lightning, not his thunder, nor his death,
Not his grand display of omnipotence.
Tsunamis, hurricanes,
Typhoons, blizzards,
Earthquakes, tornadoes,
Plaques, and giant meteors.

And he sat on his throne, and angrily steamed.
At the loss of his magnificent dream.

From An Apologetic Man

I want you to know,
That I love you more than I love rain,
And more than I love to live,
And I live for you more than I love to live for loving you.
It's a paradox to be hugging you.
Creating emotions
to oceans
Of tidal waves,
To my final days
I will always say
That I love you,
And live to love you.
To know someone like you
Exists in a universe on this existential plane,
Is keepin Ma sane,
And to have a friend
Is to send
Angels to transcend
God himself to no end.
So please forgive what I have done,
And anything I shall ever do,
Because just know that I have
Already forgiven you.
For taking my heart.

On Pleasure and Pain

Pleasure
Pain
Aren’t really so different.

Often times, when it starts, you don’t know it’s happening.
And when it ends,
It leaves you with the strangest craving.
For more.
