Your Names
I once met a farmer,
Who showed me the plains.
“What is this beauty?”
And he told me her name.
I once met a shaman,
He lived in forests of rain.
“What is this beauty?”
And he told me her name.
I once met a sailor,
Who showed me the waves.
“What is this beauty?”
And he told me her name.
So when I met you,
I was struck by your face.
“Who are you?”
And you told me your name.
