Love Is Special

Love Is Like A Rose When You Are Feeling Blue
Love Is Like The Sun When You Are In The Dark
Love Is Like A Blind Person Seeing
Love Is What Makes A Frown Into A Smile
Love Is What Makes You Feel Good Inside
Love Is What Makes You Cry At Times
Love Is What Everyone Needs

Spring Time

Flowers are blooming,
Trees are turning green,
Birds are singing,
I am busy,
My teacher is happy,
My vessels are busting,
It is raining cats and dogs,
I am as hot as fire,
It is way different than winter
I am writing but I do not know if I am rhyming,
Sewers are drowning,
I am successful,
I am prepared for summer to come,
I increase in my work today,
I honor my family,
I wreck my brothers play station,
My heart is getting bigger,
I am getting happier,
Spring is in the air,
Everywhere I seem to go

Anger

The frustration just builds up,
I feel as if im going to burst,
The frustrations turn to anger,
The anger to rage.
It's all of a sudden,
Just out of the blue,
I have never felt this angry passion,
Like I do this today.
I want to punch the walls,
Throw the glasses to the floor,
Break all the things,
I've worked so hard for.

Us

Us is you and I
Love is what we have
As long as we have each other
We will have love
We can fly away forever
With our pretty wings
To a far-off place
Away from the world
In a quiet blue garden
With flowers and trees
No way of dying apart form each other
Never growing older
We can have our own never-never land
No one knows where to find us
Except the animals that follow
We have all the love here in this never land
Love is everywhere in the jungles
And in our hearts
I don't know what to say but that I love you
And that I won't leave . . .

Darkness

My house is like a bombshell,
Ticking away at my soul,
About to explode,
What should I do?
The window reminds me,
all I can do it look out,
The locked door,
Confining me to my room,
The only friend I have,
Is the darkness that brings me peace of mind,
Time is ticking,
It seems to be rapid and steady,
Keeping me on my tip-toes,
Should I fight back,
or sit there and let it eat away at me till I'm gone?
I need his help,
Will he rescue me,
from what seems to be my dying fate?
There's footsteps down the hall!
Why so late?
What's going on? Maybe he's coming!
I knew he would, but wait!
It's a girl? With a shiny metal gun?
Pointing straight at my face?
BOOM!
I close my eyes and wait for the blow,
But open them to see him standing there stroking my hair.
The girl laying dead,
In a pool of her own blood.

Boyfriends

Boyfriends Aren't Nice,
Boyfriends Make You Cry,
Boyfriends Are Thoughtless
They Make You Mad,
Sometimes Even Helpless,
Boyfriends Are Nice
Boyfriends Make You Laugh,
Boyfriends Are Thoughtful,
They Make You Cheerful,
Sometimes Even Helpful,
Most Of All, Boyfriends Are Nice,
Thoughtful,
Cheerful,
And,
Helpful

The Little One

At the young age of 2,
he has the saddest eyes.
Mommy and Daddy are fighting all the time.
Through all the yelling and hitting,
I hold him and tell him it's O.K.,
that everything will be all right.
Even as young as he is,
he knows it's not O.K.
He tells me,
through the pain in his eyes,
that it will never be all right.
So while i hold him,
I rock him back and forth,
and sing to him sweet lullabies,
while silently crying,
for him and the thought of all his pain.

Now and Then

Its been quite a while,
Since I’ve seen your face,
Every now and them, ill look back and try to see what went wrong,
Why we couldn’t work,
I can't figure it out,
I thought it was love,
I guess I thought wrong,
Because now we’re done, lost in the flow of others,
Blaming one another
For all the hard times and grief.

My Life

It’s all just a big mess,
Why can’t anybody see?
I want someone here,
Someone to help me!
This is all a big joke,
All I do is slave around,
Trying to make others happy,
Leaving no time for me.
My life is a living wreck,
Will someone please just save me?
From this nightmare my life’s become,
Controlling my every thought!
My life used to be great
Full of joy,
Now its nothing but pain
Along with a bunch of misery.
He left so suddenly,
Without a trace
Why did he have to go?
Up and leave with my heart?
When it was already shattered to pieces?
He promised me a life full of love and happiness,
But all I ever got was a broken heart and a loveless life.

All These Years

After all those years I knew you,
I loved you with all my heart.
I would love you for life.
After all those years,
I fell for all those so sweet stories of yours,
And that so sweet talk.
But you betrayed me,
So I cried for the very first time.
I hope I can forget you,
Even though I won't forgive you.
After all those years of friendship,
It'll be hard, but I can do it.
Even though,
I loved you with all my heart.
