Clean India

I dream of a beautiful India
Where the roads are neat and clean
Where proper public toilets are built
And the fields are always green
I dream of India free from diseases
Where hygiene is maintained by all
Where people take care about proper sanitation
And realize that clean India is the nation’s call
Till when will the village women strive?
Who will listen to their voices and let them survive?
Yes, we the youth will become the nation’s guide
And we all together will fight for hygiene and sanitary rights
Those who join hands for this noble cause
To them, we all must salute
And for those insouciant people of the nation
I regret calling them as Indians
Gandhiji had said- ‘We are the country’s scavengers’
He himself removed dirt from the streets
I salute Bapu for his thoughts
For a speckless India he had fought
Bapu is our ideal
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is our goal
with Bapu’s blessings and love
All the hurdles, we can easily overcome
Our actions will be dynamic
Nobody can stop us from heading toward the peak
I am sure the rays of hope won’t fade
All problems of hygiene and sanitation will soon become abate

A Small Step a Massive Change

Filth, dirt, odour and smell
I see garbage piled up everywhere
Who will step forward? Who will care?
Is our work just to stare?
We say we love our country
And we can sacrifice anything for it
But nobody realizes a simple thing
That we harm ourselves with our wrong deeds
‘Do not spit here’
Throwing garbage is prohibited in this area
Who follows these common instructions
All I can say is wake up my fellow Indians
We have to clean our surroundings
Check proper hygiene and sanitation
Just to save ourselves from ordure and odour
And build a beautiful and speckless nation
Have you ever thought
That we ourselves are harming us
By keeping stagnant water we call malaria
We can be easily attacked by harmful bacteria
We have become so self centered
We forget to keep ourselves well-groomed
But we do forget often
That lavatories should be as clean as drawing room
We are taught about 3 Rs’
Always recycle biodegradable waste
Reuse, don’t throw things carelessly
Reduce the waste, never be in a haste
Our small step can bring dynamic changes
We can live happily for ages
Doing a sweeper’s job a day won’t cost much
Until we free ourselves from our ego’s clutch
Our mission will grow day by day and become strong
If we unite, there is no chance of anything wrong
I have started my work and I pray for the welfare of all
I hope you have also heard the nation’s call

My Goal

My goal

I see a no. Of roads
All scattered in different directions
So many children with huge loads
All are struggling to take their decisions

There is one life
You have one chance
Wrong decision may make you strive
But with the right one you might dance

The goal of my life isn't crystal clear
It is blurred and there are some fears
Between the cluster of roads
I fear which one i should choose

There are promises to keep
And miles to go
With the wrong path i may weep
But whose expectations should i keep?

When I start thinking
Which path I should take
Voices echo in my mind
'Listen don't make a mistake'

The time is coming
But I am not in hurry
The main objective of my life is one
Ill make everyone proud

I remember my mamma's words-
'No matter what you become
Be a good person
One day you'll make wonders
I'll be there to save you from all the hurdles'

Women Power

Don't you dare look at her
with those dreadful eyes
if you think she'll be frightened
in your dreams you'll hear your own cries

Dont underestimate her strength
her dexterity is more then you
about her corporeal and mental power
hey insensate man-you have no clue

if you think you are supercilious
you better change your thinking
in reality you're vicious
proudness is what with which you're teeming

Your woman is your life
at your every step she will be with you
its your duty to respect her
she'll be always by her husband's side-yes that's true

you harass her, you kill her
you burn her alive
she has to face the consequences
she is the one who always strives

But mind you she wont let a tear flow down
her actions will be dynamic
your truculent behavior wont stop her
from heading towards the tallest peak

If you ever break her heart into pieces
she wont remember you as the one who broke her heart
But rather the one who taught her
to live with a broken heartDon't you dare look at her
with those dreadful eyes
if you think she'll be frightened
in your dreams you'll hear your own cries

Dont underestimate her strength
her dexterity is more then you
about her corporeal and mental power
hey insensate man-you have no clue

if you think you are supercilious
you better change your thinking
in reality you're vicious
proudness is what with which you're teeming

Your woman is your life
