I had my share of heart breaks
Been through the strom and back
again
I try to keep a smile on my face
to hide the pain that is so deep
inside
I put others frist in my life before
i take care of myself
But now it's my time to cry on some one
else shoulder
But when i need someone i look over my
years and count all my tears
I will be alright know matter what my
trails may be i will turn it over to
the lord he will set my sould free

As morning begin to set in
i saw the day light peeking
in
As i begin to hear the birds
singing in tune
I looked around i thanked God
for another blessed day
For all the disappointment that
may come my way
As the family gather in to say
the daily prayer
We prayed for world peace so that
one day that other can watch the day
light come in

Often times i wonder what can i do
to mend a broken heart
wipe a tear drop from someone eye
say a prayer to see my life through
when i see the trouble that gets in my way
each day i pray for the Lord to make away
often i see in a distance my eyes filled with
tears but in my heart i feel the peace within
Jesus is not just my father he is also my friend
