It's a little too late,
To say what I wanted to say,
Because of your fate,
It was a sad and depressing day.
It was the day they told me,
The day you were gone,
I could not see,
I could not go on.
Cried for hours,
Held my friends close,
They took what was ours,
What we love the most.
But you are gone forever,
There's nothing we can do,
I will see you never,
But I will pursue.
All I want to say,
Is that I love you,
And everday I will pray,
Because love is something you cannot undo.
I will look up in the sky,
And be proud to love you,
I don't want to say good-bye,
But I know it's something I must do.

Ceremony is a time to heal
A time to comprehend what is real
To know yourself and life altogether
To learn things to take with you forever
It's a time to answer questions of confusion
To find answers and conclusions
To express yourself in ways you could have never done
To sing, dance, and have bundles of fun
It's a time to socialize and tell stories
To be told of people's defeats and glories
To sing songs of the sacred and of healing
Songs that are filled with intense feeling
To dance to the rhythm of the drum
To feel so alive that your numb
To be here is to be lost in thought
To be in a world where you can't be fought
Just to feel safe and secure
And to be away from the pain you'll endure

As days go by,
I wonder why,
Why did they take you,
My only friend who knew,
Knew the true and only me,
Now in heaven he can see,
See rain of tears I cry,
Every night wishing I would die,
Die so I can be with you,
In heaven, together, saying I do,
I do love you with all my heart,
Which will be sacrificed so we can never be apart,
Apart is where the world will stay,
Up in heaven you may pray,
Pray that we'll be happy till the end of my last day.

I really messed things up this time
I broke your heart, so you broke mine
You really don't love me anymore
All because I became a _____
People make mistakes everyday
But I guess that doesn't make mine ok
I am sorry for all that I did to you
But it doesn't matter because you're through
You don't want anything to do with me
And yes I know we'll never be
But I don't want to give up on you now
So I'll keep trying as much as my heart will allow
