Real World

So many things are happening,I don't know rather to be glad, sad or if it's bad.
But I know rather I'm ready or not life won't wait on.
I didn't know if I should write a long song.
Or just write and sing with my lungs till my throat is sore from the words I sung.
Everything is becoming a blur,even my thoughts.
Sometimes I wonder what's out there in the real world.

Christmas Eve

I was excited,Christmas was the next day.
But I guess that's something every kid would say.

But Christmas to me is much more.
As I sit and wait the day before.

I love the sweet aroma in the air.
As I watch as every body smile without a care.

If there's one thing I would say.
It's celebrate all day!

I wonder how it will feels to fall in love again.
Maybe I was too young to know then.

But I know what we had was something new.
But I mostly knew it was true.

But now I can't stop comparing you.
What am I going to do?

It's been about five months,I think I can manage.

When Writing

I glanced down at the page,squinting my eyes slightly.
I wrote some words,shook my head and erased lightly.

Then the words poured out like heavy rain.
Each time it said something more,it's insane.

My writing keeps me out of pain.
It's like a ongoing chain.

I Have a Dream

I have a dream.
Writing words as so it seem.
Being what my heart deem.
Which makes me beam.

Writing my feelings.
Is a type of healing.
Writing is like having to breathe.
To me it comes naturally.

Whether the words don't make sense.
Or my writing seems to make me dense.
The emotions I write,has words to describe.
Writing just makes me feel so alive.

The choices I make.
When I write my mistakes.
When my heart aches.
I do it for my sake.

I let the words flow.
No need to think.
All I do is feel in the blanks.

Disguise

They haven't seen through my eyes.
Didn't see my emotions in disguise.
When will people realize?

Telling me to grow a pair.
And all I'd do is stare.
They don't know what I been through.
And if they did,it's not true.

I got the deaths as proof.
Trust no one new.
My motto speaks but still you got no clue.

Some people I knew long.
Are dead and gone.
I don't trust easy.
Nor do I forgive.

The choices you make.
Are now your mistake.
Your going to have to do whatever it takes.

I thought you were my friend.
Now your someone who I can't stand.
I thought I could trust you.
But the chance I gave you,you blew.

Now it's out with the old and in with the new.
Your history and I got to say it's through.
I got to move on now from YOUR mistake.
Remember I'm half broken but I got what it takes.

Love

I didn't know where to start.
Then the words filled my heart.
How could love tear you apart?

How can one be so broken?
I thought love is to awoken.

What about love at first sight?
Now everybody's taking flight.

What about dates and mates?
Now it's hate and deadly fates.

This is not how it's supposed to be.
Let me tell you what love mean to me.

Love is something you seek.
Love is to keep.
Love is to guide you through thick and weak.

Love is to fix your broken heart.
Love is to give you a brand new start.
Love is to never keep you apart.

There's someone there for you.
Someone who's love is true.
Someone who understand what you went through.

Poetry Is Life

They want me to do something better.
But life is too short to be a regretter.

Whether I make them proud or not.
I know writing is all I got.

I can't be a doctor or lawyer.
Or even a actor,I'll be a destroyer.

Why won't they understand?

Why can't they just see?
