Liz Anderson Poem
Standing at a crossroads in my life, I unfold my life’s map.I stand quietly as I gaze
upon the routes I have taken. WonderingWhy I have chosen some of them; I
reflect. I am saddened only to discover a feeling of guilt.
Unforeseen pathway
Leading lines reveal markings
Encrypted meanings
Shaken, I proceed forward, even though I feel as if I lack the wisdom to do so.

Liz Anderson Poem
stars
speckle
the night's sky
~giving birth to
light
lost
within
this soft glow
~my thoughts drift to
you
shades
of blue
set the tones
of my longing
heart
soft
breezes
embrace me
~yet your arms do
not
I
wonder
where you are
~I miss your soft
touch

Liz Anderson Poem
You are
my heart’s desire.
You light my darkened path.
Your love leads my way and guides me~
without you~ I would be so very lost.
Please promise me you will love me
and stay beside me~ for
my strength is what
you are.

Liz Anderson Poem
Security comes;
peaceful notions give comfort.
God still leads the way.
Blessed union brings us close;
our love continues to grow.

Liz Anderson Poem
echoes
ring so loudly
within this deep valley
~walking for miles~ meeting no-one
I find myself alone and so lonely
~only my voice calls out ~ searching
for someone ~ there’s nothing
except the loud
echoes

Liz Anderson Poem
Wandering in this darkened world ~ I find myself very alone
I see markings upon the wall ~ I ponder to where this map led
Knowing reality ~ I have the need to strive

Liz Anderson Poem
Burning within the darkest of nights,
one lone candle; lighting the way.
My lost soul seeks its solace;
trying to find its home.
The world has beaten
and battered it,
yet it still
contains
hope.
