What's Life?

Life is like a game you must pass
Completing our daily goals and tasks
I live everyday, like it's the last
But I don't know, how long it will last
Full of journeys and excitement
Times of pain and sorrow
Wondering about if there's going to be a tomorrow
You don't have to take everything serious
Many configurations and concerns are mysterious
A lot of us live for the day of reawakening
We could use our brain as a lethal weapon
Instead of falling out over misconceptions
We gain more knowledge as life moves on

Today I sit down and make a plan
I head out on my journey looking for the man
There's a GIANT ROCK in my way
I can't seem to get by
No ones around to help and I just want to cry
I can't move it with my hands
It feels like, I'm failing my plan
I can't turn back, because of my past
For this day, could be my last
Besides its dark as night…
Then a man, hands me a light and steps aside
I use the light, to clear my way
I turn my head to thank the man, but he vanishes
As I sit and wait with my eyes on the clock
Waiting until the day that life stops…
If you only knew, God was that rock

Searching

I’m searching for my lover
Who’s love is so perfect, we cant be separated
Someone who sticks by my side like a brother
We can be together forever and never get outdated

I’m searching for my perfect match
But I’m going crazy without…
the one who helps me when my back needs a scratch
Never lie and I’m down to ride no doubt

It’s like Christmas without snow of gifts
What can I do when my tears don’t cry?
To the right girl, you’re truly missed
Can you see the pain in my eyes?

I’m searching for my best friend
She’ll only have to play the housewife role, but where are you?
The one who’s down to the end
I’ll hang up fliers on every telephone pole in search of you

I’m searching for someone who’s 100% true
I’ll search the whole world
What am I to do…
when I’m in need of my imaginary baby girl?

I only see her in my dreams
I search but never find
At night, her reflection glows in the stream
I deserve that perfect girl to be mine

My match wasn’t made; it’s like July 4th with no parade
I didn’t do anything wrong
Until we meet, I sit in my room praying for the day
As if now, the search is still on…

Life

LIFE is an obstacle course
We all had are times of remorse
But we have to keep the burning torch
Even though at times we feel like a puppy in the summer, tied down on a porch
Lend a hand; pull us up, so we can rise above
Show everyone love
No matter friend of foe
Let every little feeling show
So we can all see
In LIFE, we have to be all we can be
People will try to bring you down
Some will try hard to put you six feet underground
We have to overcome
Face our problems and never run
LIFE is an obstacle course, which we all must pass
Sooner or later we all have tough tasks
We cant back down or put on another man’s mask
Strive and fight to reach our goals
Make peace, so the world shall be one happy home
Everyone’s smile should shine like the sun
We should all live life and have fun
Situations aren’t always fair
But we are all out to please the man upstairs
And live in heaven for eternity and all LIFE
That’s LIFE
