Spiritual:Walking With Jesus

If I cannot understand MAN
there is somebody who can
A heart,he wears on his sleeve
Give him your hand when you are ready to receive
WALKING WITH JESUS and ready to be done
Partake from his blood
many battles fought and nearly won
Non-believers mock the smile of the son

Once more and often,
the tide of the ocean
crashes upon the rocks
upsetting gentle emotion
He strolls with his feet
accepting not a surrender
to bitter defeat

Calling to me
to walk with him in the park
His guiding light,
a'glowing in the dark
Not a facial crack
or stubborn weight upon his back

He says:MY SON,YOU CAN LEAVE BEHIND THESE WORDLY MEANS
TAKE HOLD OF THIS PALM AND WE CAN LEAP BEYOND MORTAL MACHINES
THY STRUGGLE IS OVER FOR YOU
THIS SPIRIT OF MINE WILL FOREVER STRENGTH ANEW

Speaking to me as we still wander
Pointing his finger to the sky with an exhaling breath
YOU HAVE NOT SEEN "TRUE LOVE" of my HEAVEN as yet
Glimpses of Time
Past and present
Appear and disappear
from weary eye

The brethren start to gather
our FEET stop to collect
Brothers,
sisters,
sons,
daughters,

They do not inquire of this man beside me
Many ones who still trust
become our dearest company

"we are family and why should fear come between
the closest of relations
it is no longer a FAIRY TALE dream"

His collection is not yet complete
We still stroll along the pathway
Shaking hands and inviting
The rich or the poor that we might meet
Many strangers to encounter and hold dear
As the procession expands
His innocent will no longer fear

ALL is quiet and the frontier continues
Jesus walks with us
even though his spirit softly fade
But,it shall be shown
by walking with Jesus
We are one step closer to HOME

Macho People Have a Reason To Live

Macho people have a reason to live
Laugh at the wimps
who have an opportunity to give
Men with their biceps
flexing heavy weight
Mocking the small
and their symbol that they hate
Goody two shoes
His eyes on the laptop
Mean Joe Green
wants that thing-am-a-jig to stop
Rolling up the sweaty sleeve
daring the nerd to make him leave
He does not respond
Mr.Machismo thinks he's won
It's the same ol tale
GOLIATH taunts DAVEY
Little guys are sissies
They're not wanted in the navy
In a world in which WE are only sloppy lasts
Is it the Bully or the Weenie
that gets the last laughs

Hey..Gay!

They look for a patsy or a dweeb without orientation
Pointing their finger at the little guy
Try to make fun of him and cause much distress
They say:

HEY..GAY!!

And the name sticks around in your lifetime
Thinking to yourself:

YEAH!! I DESERVE BEING CALLED THAT NAME
BY THE 7 FOOT SIX INCH PREDATORS

It is easy to make sport of the half-pints without size
Put him down a peg would make their ego feel a hell of lot better
Ever since junior high and Senior
I would be called that and any other name in the book

YOU WUSSY!
LITTLE WEINER!

So I have never had "that Pleasure"
Love is more important than just "Grabbing" for kicks and moans
I want my eyes to see more into this life than frills
It is a social condition outside ourselves:
The hungry,the poor,and the needy,
Orphaned children,
Plight of the destitute nations around us

I'm okay to be gay
There is a lot more important issues
around here,any way!!

Broken Thighs

In a misty morn
                                                       as I trottle to work
                                                      Some mean teens
                                                     have nicknamed me:
                                                       YOU STUPID JERK
                                                      They hate four-eyed people
                                                      Respecting Mother Nature
                                                      communing with God
In the sacristy of his steeple
                                                      Throwing eggs on his face
                                                      to pinch a hidden nerve
                                                     Myron,the 6 footer
                                                    threw me upon the curve
                                                    Above me,this country's flag
yet they call me a ***
YOU'RE TOO WIMPY FOR THE CALL
as they placed me against the wall
Numbers outweigh the mild and the meek
Reasoning can't help as I continue to speak
All the world belongs to macho guys
give him a wack and a couple of broken thighs

Days of the Week

Mondays,
I sit in the parlor and write a few poems
Reflections of an outer and inner world in turmoil
It need not rhyme to describe the pain between the lines
Tuesdays,
The hand surfs the Internet to read and study other people's rhyme
To get a clear understanding of what I should or should not do
My best friend comes over and we spend the afternoon talking
Conversations about what is clear but unsaid in our lives
Wednesdays,
I take a drive to the beach and stroll upon her singing waters
Lying down on the sand and just look at the sky
Watching the tide of the air go swirling high
My parents and myself go off to the cinema and enjoy Woody allen
Thursdays,
Going horse-back riding in the Berkshires and fish near a stream
skipping a rock on the waters as a bittersweet John Denver song
is playing in my ear and mind
Fridays,
An afternoon at a local book cafe, reading a few works from
well-regarded local poets
Discussing Life and music with my therapist
Saturdays and Sunday,
I am off and sleeping

Junk Food Belly Gentleman

Come as you are
Reveal to the lass
THE PRIDE of your belly
 20 pounds of extending ass

WHAT HAPPENED,MY FRIEND..
to your well trimmed rear end
Please remain in the seat
WE DON'T WANT YOU TO BEND

Bacon and eggs
chicken nuggets for brunch
AND AFTER THAT..
some Doritos for lunch

Mary is disgusted
yet,
she is overtly BUSTED
Knowing FULL well
That Burger King can be trusted

Our generation and this here poet
is surrendering to the flab
So continue with the roast beef
C'MON,LET'S TAKE A STAB!!

D.O.R.K.Spells a Little Awkwardness Never Hurt Anybody

It is easy to pick on the D.O.R.K.
or the dweeb of society
who is clumsy and meek
stuttering most of the time in his life
Rather spends time with his parents than the social clique
One who actually takes time to photograph THE BIRDS
BEES
SIMPLE LIFE IN CONTINUOUS MOTION
THE LAW
and so on..
Just because he is curious about THINGS that most would not care about
does not make him a GEEK
SIMPLETON
N'ER DO WELL
or other pleasant names taken to consideration
This Bloke is a human being and not just a ribbing for your kind little joke
Life was not meant to be the same for every one born upon this place
Deformaties are not people to be laughed at or scorn
they may be awkward and slightly out of perfectionism and beauty
Remember that and maybe the world can be a little more beautiful

Timidity Has a Place Beside a Man's Kind of World

running scared
away from Hate
The masses gather
My linching can't wait
all my life
I have been their prey
by stepping on me
Makes their living ok
SEE THE FUNNY LITTLE CLOWN
FUNNY FACES HE MAKES ALL AROUND
They want to get rid of a peaceful timid guy
He has the right to keep living
Why do you want him to die?
The end is near
My fate so cast
Timidity has a place in this world
But MEN don't want them to last

Nowhere Out,Everywhere Besides..

Damned soul that it is a cursed spirit
wandering and weeping in such darkest sleep
No one near to comfort this sort of wretch
in between the ethereal and the now
Tombs of the people that have left me for naught
As I am getting older and weary, their faces have I suddenly forgot
Where is the Friend who gave birth to this Man
In another land or some dimension level that Is un mistakenly familiar?
If so then a bright spiritual beam should surround this vaudeville sphere of
a jubilant and haughty angel, giving comfort to the babes in need thereof
As for me,there is no light that guides my sight
I am alone in the wilderness without forests,
nor trees,
or an animal of the creator's touch
It is a O plane absolute
These feet cannot roam for the destination is not clearly shown
Crickets that nightly chirp for the wandering lovers
Are not heard to be recognized because sound is nonexistent
I can hear the thoughts of my mind though
Even if the silent void is taunting
Laughing without a physical presence,perhaps?
it is with deep regret that I am imprisoned eternally
Without concrete walls
nor a prison door
Here I exist
just a shadow and nothing more
