The Thoughts of a Bi-Polar

Who am I and what am I to say?,
All I've got to do is play,
Along in a game I don't understand,
Make people come to my land,
A deal that you don't think about,
Something thats going to start out,
A trend that will last for years,
Making people come to tears,
Arguing points that don't get across,
Having to deal with a great loss,
This is my life and these are my words,
Circling around like I'm in herds,
Playing games with my head,
Maybe I would be better off dead.

Control

Anger and racism running through your soul,
will do nothing but make you lose control.

Don'T Tell Me

It's not like I didn't try,
It's not that I don't care,
But when I look your way,
It's hard not to stare,

The only job you have,
Is filling up my heart,
And when you quit on me,
My body can't start,

You tried to warn me,
But I didn't listen,
I should of known,
That something was missing,

In my head it worked,
But it didn't translate,
Just don't tell me,
That this was fate.

Unconstitutional

Are you trying to pass this amendment,
Because of religious contentment,
Or are you just scared of your own feelings,
Not knowing what to do with these dealings,
Telling someone what they do is strange,
Seems to me to be a little deranged,
So don't tell people who to marry,
It's not treating some fairly.

Losing Ground

My mind is lost wandering around,
Trying to see a sight or hear a sound,
Which may never happen again,
Because the last thing I know how to do is work this pen,
And losing this would be the end,
For me and my only friend.

Acoa

Am I so quiet that I'm lost?,
Am I so brave that I'm a hero?,
Am I so bad that I'm the scapegoat?,
Or am I so funny that I'm the mascot?,
Do I try so hard that I'm the enabler?,
Or have I lost all control to be the dependent?,
Sometimes I feel like I'm all of these put into one,
and sometimes I feel like I'm none.

Past Mistakes

The decision was made without a thought,
They came together behind closed doors,
It didn't matter who fought,
They would send them out for more,

Watching from a distance,
They decided to take a stand,
But it wasn't after just an instance,
They had covered a lot of land,

Making up for past mistakes,
They were offering a wide grin,
And hand shakes,
For a friendly spin,

Only in this time,
Can someone offer a blatant lie,
And still be fine,
Without people asking why?

Sleep Well

As suicide entered your mind,
I wish you would of thought of me,
Instead of letting rage render you blind,
Thinking you were setting your self free.

The thought of everything you left,
Makes me even more confused,
How can your own death,
Be better then letting go of the drugs you abused?,

I hope you have found the peace you were looking for,
As I will always remember the times we had,
Hoping you will still walk through the door,
Sleep Well, I want you to know I'm not mad.

Why So Many Rules?

This man here is marking the skin,
That I've had such a hard time living in,
Coming down so hard on myself,
Has never been good for my health,
It's hard to come to terms ,
When it seems like you never learn,
And I don't know if I've ever broken a girls heart,
Everytime I get the chance things fall apart,
Time is coming with amazing speed,
Coming to set me free.

Looking

Love is what I'm looking for,
but every time I walk out that door,
I know that there's going to be a new failure to explore,
making my life that much more difficult,
and having myself to fault,
but knowing that love is still out there,
means that nothing else will compare,
driving me to go out and find that love,
and hoping I will have my hug.
