Hold your breath and don’t make a sound
And soon when you’re lost you’ll be found
Never give up and never lose faith
Because somehow hope always seems to find its way
When you feel like you have hit the bottom and you can’t get up
Believe in yourself and remember to trust
No matter what, everyone has someone who loves them and cares
But it’s up to you to realize they will always be there
You are my sister, and you will always be in my heart
I’ll love you forever even if we are far apart
Everyone has done things their not proud of
But life’s about learning don’t focus on the bad stuff
I’m sorry I haven’t been able to completely understand
But I promise you’ll get through this Mary I know that you can
I have said things to you that I truly regret
But you’ve got your whole future ahead of u nothing is permanently set
I love you sister and I know you’ll do great
You’re in control of your own life so determine your fate.

if you can stand in the rain and not drown
then soon when you're lost you'll be found
if you are weak now but you get through the hard stuff
then pretty soon you'll never give up
if you feel like you're negative again
keep pushing through till the very end
if feel upset like nothings going right
keep you're head up and all you're dreams in sight

it will build you up or tear you down
no matter what you do its always around
it will bring you hope and happiness or pain and sorrow sometimes
even when you're not thinking its always on your mind
it will creep up behind you on your loneliest days
it will give you a hug and say always
the word I'm about to spill
i can honestly say its how i feel
i LOVE you all from the bottom of my heart
nothing can keep us far apart
