The Different Rings of Love

Were we wrong to ever touch? Were we wrong to give consent? Were we wrong to have enjoyed the time together spent? In each others arms where the passion ruled our thoughts, that we have in the night all other time is lost. In our minds we only think of the pleasure that we bring,to each other it does not matter the indentation of different rings, that lay upon the table beside the bed which we have made. For each other we can only hope our souls will soon be saved by the power that joined our lives we others many years ago in a holy place where we said "I Do" how were we to know? That seperately we could not live, our love could never breath,to fill our lives with happiness we knew we had to leave. Now what only seems like moments in the darkness of the night we hold each other close and wonder. Were we wrong to ever touch? Were we wrong to give consent? Were we wrong to have enjoyed the time together spent?

A Childs Eyes

Through a childs eyes everything is so clear. You have the answers to all their questions. You have the calms to all their fears. Their innocense is so precious because you know it won't last. It's only a matter of time when the knowledge will come and the innocense will pass. They know only what you tell them so say the right thing. Because you are molding a person who will someday take wing.

Desperate Hours

Perhaps in some distant twlight hour in the days we have left to come,we will find out all the answers to all our songs unsung. Maybe then we can understand, what seems like moments that brought us here, that only in our desperation can we know our deepest fear. But when we find out all the answers to what we do not know, will we have the strength inside to let the questions go? And if we do will it be enough to keep us then content? Or will we go on asking for more time than we were lent?
