The Wait

Its taking Longer than it
seemed;
Harder than I dreamed;
Different from what I
themed;
My heart yearns for its
stoppage;
But life creates its everyday
new page;

My mind is engulfed with
this chronic pain;
And stressed out with
thinking is my brain;
Is this going to last
forever?;
Won't this leave and stay in
my past?;
Question upon Question;
Still I find my self in my
own oblivion;

I should chill now;
As I don't want to shed a
tear;
But I still wait in hope and
fear;
Fear that i'll remain with
this forever;
And hope that my fear
would just be a deceiver;
I wait;

A Life To Remember, Mandela Madiba

1918 you gave your first
cry;
And sprung into life's ups
and downs;
And turns and rounds;

Many years into it;
Your mind grew stronger;
And your actions became
wiser;

Though Apartheid was the
system;
You still stood firm;
In your fight from freedom;

A very tough fight it was,
but still;
Your victory created a new
era;
Your triumph made life
better;

Your words of wisdom;
like the sides of a sharp
sword;
Pierce into our hearts and
inspires the world;

Your humility and
generosity;
Your kindness and rare
forgiveness;
I cherish with all
seriousness;

Your leadership reminds
me of Moses;
Your faith reminds me of
Abraham;
Your passion for what you
believe in reminds me of
Paul;

Your willingness to do
whats right reminds me of
Noah;
And your endurance
reminds me of Joseph;
I could go on and on;

I just hope our leaders
would carry on;
with these qualities you
possesed;
to leave the world at its
best;

And though you left us this
December
Your Legacies we will
always remember
Goodbye Mandela Madiba

Few of his Quotes

- "We must use time wisely
and forever realize that
time is always ripe to do
right"

- "It always seems
impossible until it's done"

- "Education is the most
powerful weapon which
you can use to change the
world"

Thought provoking yea?
We sure would miss him.
RIP Mandela, MUCH RESPECT.

There's More To Life Than,,,,,

Longing for the best;
moving east and west;
living for the money;
for a life sweeter than
honey;
Searching for answers;
questions for worldly
breakthrough;

Lost in the fantasy of life;
forgeting your purpose for
life;
Dignity, lost;
Self-Respect, Thwarted;
Past Achievements, Bursted;
Spirit of God, Departed;
all in the pursuit for
fortune and fame;
or just to be in the high
class and in the game;

Extinct are the partenal
advice;
In rapid growth are the
love for vices;
Saw it coming from the
onset;
was quiet, never wanted
an upset;
warnings came, as time
passed;
To the wind they all flew
like the flared gas;

Enjoying the moment at
mean time ;
It's a real good feeling, no
crime;
yet on the last day I
wonder;
will it be all worth it?, just
ponder........;
Now Pause;
Dont fuss;
its constant and will always
be;
Change!;
Timeless? Yes it is;
But ineffective on the last
day;
Dont delay, make the right
way;

Bed In the Morning

That's the fifth Yawn;
My mind like a new born;
I still continue my rolling
and turning;
Call it Laziness;
thats your own business;
I'm in my own little world;

I think of getting up;
But the spirit is giving up;
I think its a bed-magnetism;
Creating this unforseen
attraction;
To my body reaction;

Urghhh!;
Mum finally calls;
The disruption in mind
relaxation;
I wish it was just a dream;
But its as real as the Blue
stream;

I Sigh at my Thoughts;
Coz its all a strong fantasy;
Covering up my strong
addiction;
to the Diziness;
Caused by the Laziness;
Of the Morning Bed;
My bed in the morning;

Is It Real

Is it real or are you faking
it? ;
Can you testify truly
without a hit?
That it is as strong as it
seems? ;

Even in the absence of
every being;
You are poised to create a
scene;
That goes against all sins;
I could call you the mustard
seed;
But, is it worth it? ;
It is one thing to be known
for something;
And another to be firm in
acting;

The story begins with the
action;
The test;
The great test that you
can’t detest;
Your arms are tied;
Sitted in that waiting room;
And like a criminal that is
tried;
You shiver like its all going
to end in doom;
No! She must live…;
That’s what goes through
your mind;
And even a quick magic
right
now, you won’t dare to
mind;

I thought you had it in you;
I thought it was for real;
Even after all the binding;
And through all the casting;
Your mind is still in a doubt
situation;
And you run helter skelter
in search of a faster
solution;
From Church to Church;
From Temple to Temple;
And alas! From shrine to
shrine;
How then can the light
shine?
As it has finally been lost
for a
cheap fine;

The word says it’s the
evidence of
things not seen;
The assurance of things
hoped for;
A supernatural gift given to
you;
And yet your distance from
it grew;
Like both sides of a forever
widening canyon;

You once testified;
That he was crucified;
Not for nothing sake;
But for our whole spiritual
make;
A good reason for our
belief in him;
And our total submission;

Have you forgotten or are
you blinded? ;
Blinded by impatience and
greed;
And now;
The big question;
Where lays your faith?
Is he not the same as he
was in the past?
The healer, the provider, the
protector;
The I am that I am;
Where lays your faith?
An encouraging answer
would
spark up a good fate;

After all the roaming for
quick solution;
You still come back to your
place
of true solution;
Inevitable!
That’s the word;
He raised Lazarus from the
dead;
He said a word and the evil
spirits
fled;
Does that ring a bell?
I guess it does now;
And it’s clear that you once
lost
the faith;
And luckily it’s not too late;
Use the kneeler;
Make that prayer;
Have the belief;
Feel the relief;
And Alleluia
The problem is all gone;
The story of faith;
Preaching to your state;
Good or bad;
Hope it is real;
Hope it’s not fake;
Your faith;

This Crony

I knew you to be the strict
one;
or so I thought;
Seeing you I only moved on;
without being taught;
from a distance;
I felt the attraction;
but in ur presence;
I felt a repulsion;

Strange;
or so it seemed;
with rage;
my questions beamed;
knowing you;
answered my questions;
learning with you;
killed my assumptions;

Friend indeed;
so I realized;
there in my need;
without being hypnotized;
with you a bright future
anticipates;
with you great
achievements awaits;
with you... With you...

About My Dad

Like a Shepherd to its
sheep;
Like a Bee-hive to its bee;
Your arms protects me;
From Dangers I don't even
see;
And I Ponder;
How nice to have my father;

Your Words of wisdom;
like swords of a Kingdom;
Pierce through my heart;
And kills my state of
confusion;
Still, I Ponder;
How good to have my
Father;

When my Stubborn me;
Engulfs my Normal me;
You Prune down my wings;
And put me in place;
Yet I Ponder;
How nice to have my Father;

And I will try and try and
try;
To make you Smile and
smile and smile;
And would say it louder;
How nice to have my
Father!;

Aid To a Troubled Heart

It hurts, I know it does;
for me its like a been there;
done that thingy;
it's like you are alone;
in a world of your own;
left engrossed in your deep
thoughts;
to the left is the provoker;
to the right is the big joker;
where do you then turn to?;
to find your breakthrough;

Resilience check;
Courage check;
endurance Check;
but still your mind is still
not in-check;
Could it be your
environment?;
your place of abode?;
Causing this state of
depression;
when it should be creating
a progression;
of great distinction;

I know it might not be easy;
the struggle, the neglect,
the reject;
but yet I wont fail to reflect;
on the purpose of this
piece;
its simple, its about faith,
about shaking off troubled
feathers;
and having more than a
piece of peace;
its about getting out of
that spell;
by saying all is well;

Eventual Triumph

Yay! I made it at last;
though it did'nt come as
fast;
though it seemed hope
had past;
yet I made it at last;

A Worthwhile journey i
won't trade;
though mistakes were
made;
though prices were paid;
Still I made it in high grade;

Denounce the Unpleasant

Its something You think
You cant live without;
You feel it was inborn;
truth be said You know it is
all wrong;
You try the change only for
sometime;
You give up probably just
in time;
The Voice comes and
makes you accept it;
Yet deep inside you know
You should reject it;
its a stranger I tell you;
its a lie in the right view;
Giving up on changing it is
not an option;
But an act of imminent
destruction;
As You forever will never
find true happiness;
I leave You with this, to
mind my business;
