For Me You Have To.

Showing me, telling me, expressing it to me is how I need it now.
Proving to me in every way you have to put in the time to set me apart from the rest.
No don’t hold me above everyone else, just in a different place.
Love me as much as you love yourself.
Treat me just as you should treat yourself.
With respect, time, patience, and love.
Give me a reason as to why you want and need me,
not just for today but; as long as you want us to last.
Don’t force anything at anytime if its not done by free will;
Then it means nothing.

Thoughts of You

Oh my many thoughts of you,
Yea I said you.
My brother, helper, and friend.
Always there in my time of need,
And never afraid to comfort me.

Times when no one else would listen,
Or lend an ear, yes you were there.
And strength when I didn’t have any,
You were gladly to share some of yours.
These are where my thoughts of you cum from.

Past times were we played and did things together,
Whether it just be you and me, or everyone else to.
When you were there when no one else was,
Whether mentally, physically or spiritually.
Every since we were little my thoughts of you,
Have always been positive and up lifting.

Never trying to put you down or hold you back,
Nor judging or talking about you or the things you did.
But always standing by your side when no one else did.
Just like a little sis suppose to.
But not just because you’re my brother,
But because you did it for me.

Even when you’re here, or gone away,
I still see you as one of the few great men in my life.
Even if you don't see it I know I do.
But why

Well there are many reasons but here’s a few.
You show others that your more than what they see,
Far as mentally and physically .
That your strong mind, body, and spirit.
And mainly because you ova came so many obstacles,
Throughout your life time so far.
And I know if you can do it then I know I can too.

So now you know why.
And that you will always have a place in my thoughts,
No matter where you are and that will never change.
Also to show you that if no one else thinks about you I do.

Missing Link

I realize when I write what I miss.
It’s weird because it was always on my mind.
So why was it not on paper?
No, I’m not afraid to mention it.
Matter fact it’s not an it, it’s a he.
He through it all covered me, protected me.
Provided for me, and equipped me with what I needed,
to make it out better than when I went in.
Yes I can say I cried to him on many occasions,
days, nights, and years.
But not one tear was cried in vain,
Yes I told him about the bad as well as good in my life.
Not one time did he turn his ear,
Early years from 11 to later years of 21.
He listened attentively and held me in my time of need.
A shoulder to cry on also a friend to share my joy with.
Everything I needed he was that for me and more.
So how can I, me the one who knows firsthand;
First hand and on many different situations.
Not mention him o how wonderful he has been and still is to me.
Yes I have a few, but that’s just not enough.
So this is the start of one out of many more to come,
To show my GOD! How thankful and grateful I am.
For everything he has and will continue to do for me.

The Dream 10/16/09

It took place in grandma house. I was sitting in the white chair in the living
room no tv was on and it seem like mid day but the curtains where closed and
the room was bright, and not light bright; but just beautifully lite like the
heavens was shining down on the room. And papi was standing in the door
way in between the kitchen and living room with his back facing the living room
and me. He was dressed in a white dress shirt, with black dress pants, with his
hair slicked back and his glasses on. He called me by my first name and I
knew he was in the room. As I got up and ran over to him he turned around
and said while taking my hands in his hands "NGoubdo I can't do this anymore
don't tell grandma, I have to go this is what you do everyone of you will
receive 15" then I replied with a huge and big tears "papi I love you, I don't
want you to go". As we were hugging and I was holding him as I walked him to
the couch because he was tried and weak. Then I laid him down on the couch
he continues on "my heart is weak and I'm tried this is what I want you to do,
each one of will receive...." Still holding him in my arms as I place him
comfortably on the couch I say "hold on and let him go and...” And in that spilt
second he cries out "No don't go anywhere, don't leave me...”. Then I said with
tears in my eyes "I'm not going anywhere" after I turned to get the pen and
paper to write the instructions, I turned back around then he wraps his arms
around me and I start writing.

Beacuse of You

My heartburns, my knees move, my nerves shake
All at the site of you
I want more than just a huge, and more than just a kiss
Just by sitting next to you
I don’t want to leave you, I don’t want to share you
Just from you toughing me

Through you don’t know completely,
But you can tell that you’re my all
But if you can’t than here’s to let you know
What I think about you

Minute to minute is like hour to hour
It takes forever jus for us to be together
With you I need no other
With you I can’t say what I want
Flat out so that’s why it’s all in a note

You take pride in what you say,
Have no problem to or do it your way.
Always has a way to make me laugh and smile
You’ll show me the world, before you’ll leave me behind.
Because of this I know your all mines
No I don’t want to share you cuz like you I desire it all.
I know it ain’t easy cuz hoes are all around
But stick with me and you’ll be fine

There’s no other way to say it, so damn here it goes
As you can see I don’t jus want you psychically
And I find myself thinking about you constantly
I can’t find my self lieing or leaving you
That’s why I wrote all the things above
To let you know that baby
I love you

Just Me

I laugh, I smile at everyone,
I talk, I speak to anyone.
To you this means nothing,
To me it means everything.

I’m short, I’m dark to anyone,
I’m small, I’m loud to everyone.
To you, you see ignorant,
To me I see fun.

I’ve dance, I’ve sing to only sum,
I’ve curse, I’ve hit almost everyone.
To you I seem mean,
To me I’m jus me.

I know many people, many people know me,
Many people try to talk to me, I try not to talk to many people.
To you I might seem quite,
To me I might not jus like you.

I’m honest, I’m truthful to anyone I see,
I’m loving, I’mcaring to everyone I know.
To you u might say i’m lieing,
To me i’m say what da did you jus read.

Wonder

I wonder what it would feel like to have a real dad?
Then I look and see my brothers and grandpa and know I’m better off.
I wonder what it would feel like to have a true friend?
Then I turn to my left and right and say I love my dipset family.
I wonder about a lot of things.
But I don’t wonder about who or where I stand.

I wonder how it would feel to be in true love?
Then I get a kiss on my forehead and realize I already know.
I wonder when I will be a mother?
So I flash back and realize I been raising kids all along.
I can wonder about a lot of things I want in life.
But what I don’t want is to replace who I am.

I wonder what it would be like to have a normal family?
While I pull them apart, I understand I love them for who they are.
I wonder what it would be like if I wasn’t so determined?
I step in front of the mirror and smile, and say “you’ll never know”.
The things I wonder could stop you in your tracks and cause change.
But im glad that through all the thoughts im still me.

I wonder why I care so much?
As I turn around, I see the eyes of those who care back.

Easy

Now it’s so very easy, easy for you to hurt, easy for you to stress.
Now easy things seem so hard, from day to day things to weekly tasks.
Day in day out easy just aint easy.
Things change like people do, they change from easy to hard.
As time goes by its nothing you want, but life moves on and slowly slips away
just as easy as it started.
The world doesn’t make it any easier nor do da people that dwell in it.
Defenses you build ova da years were torn down cuz of da things that attacked
you.
Alerts are down and out along with warning signals that no longer works. Due to
da hard world pushing there stress onto your stress.
They make it easy for you to get lost, hurt, and even stuck though da madness
around you.
So that's why it’s your job to abject to da easy ways that they try to force you to
become.
And you must stay strong and push hard.
And never make it EASY for them

Cover

Scared people do it;
Mad, and angry individuals as well.
Even con-artist has there ways,
They cover up their true intensions.
Everybody has a reason why they do it,
Whether you like it or not.
It’s a natural reaction to an action,
It comes to some in a slip second while others work at it.
The purpose might be different, but the goal is the same,
To cover up their true intentions.
It doesn’t have a specific gender, or race;
Nor age, or body type anyone can do it.
The end results are always’ why from one end,
And why not from the other,
But its all still to cover up their true intensions.
It’s a shield for emotions, feelings, thoughts,
It hides truth, fact, and evidence.
It allows a person to get away, or out of something,
It acts as barracks and helps to keep others out;
Overall it all does the same covers up their true intention.

You Asked

Only when I can’t hold it in, do I write.
Only when I want to share it, do I write.
Only for da things I can’t reach, do I write.
You asked and this is why do I write.

Feeling for you that you don’t completely know, is why I write.
A thing that I want to do with and to you, is why I write.
Thoughts that will blow your mind, is why I write.
You asked me and this is why I write.

Only for your ears are my words, so I write
That reflects da times we spend together, so I write.
Hand in hand enwrapped in each other, so I write.
You asked so I write.

So far away do we stand at each other, therefore I write.
Yet so close da we don’t touch one another, therefore I write.
Which is now how we connect on all different levels, therefore I write.

Now that u know, why I write.
You shouldn’t have to ask, why I write.
