Sudden assault
Grasping, stepping, attack
Unexpected rumble of rage

The wind
Sudden bluster

Changing direction without thought

Posture 4

Water,
Appears so soft.
Attacks every crevice.
A dangerous inner essence.
Pressing.

Sun Pillar

The breath of the north savages the lands.
A cold that singes my bones to their core.
The air contracts while the night expands.
Sunset foreshadows of what is in store.

With the clouds compressed into flecks of ice.
The purple of the shadow surrounds the earth.
An elegant vision; This would suffice.
I stop, listen, to the suns daily dearth.

A column of Rome abruptly appears:
Sun pillar of awe burnt orange and gold.
Slicing the night and dividing the spheres.
Upon a plinth of onyx rests old sol

That moment is gone, I lower my head.
I think: Life and time are both fragile threads.

Tree

Branches know the earth,
The same above as below,
Roots feel the sky.

Grey Night

Wind spirits aroused.
The chimes threaten them away.
Leaves cover our steps.

Kepler

Perceive gravity.
An illusion of motion.
Observing the void.

Aspire To Love

Aspire to love,
When the seed breaches the ground.
The frost comes too soon.

All of a Sudden...

My love for you knows no conditions.
Whatever you were, whatever you’ll be.
I even accept the propositions
That you will never, could never, love me.

Please forgive me if I now seem depressed.
And do not let these words affect you.
For all my madness is a love repressed,
I can not tell you, but it continues.

My pain, to know your out there somewhere
and that to another, your love, you will give.
What could I have that could at all compare
to the life you seek or the way you live.

All of a sudden there is no pleasure.
Just the pain. The abyss. The failure.
