Soul Mate

I knew inside myself within flash of time,
there was a place I must get to,
what was this mysterious place that hid between dream and imagination,
sliping into a daze light and warmth as quietness entered my soul,
I left this plane not of my own doing,
it was the doing of the stressfull relentless world,
pushing me twisting me I am here alone wandering,
carrying the weight of lonliness and despair nothing mattered,
as a dead leaf blew past carried by the wind of change,
haunting and mirraculous I felt defeated searching for the exit through this realm,
A opening in the fence did come I passed through,
to my surprise a woman stood alone inside my lonliness,
we both glanced at the exact time all things stoped,
although she had no face I felt her beauty inside myself,
the mirracle had occured as if the gates of heaven had opened,
at last my soul mate was found as I slowly returned to the self concience earth....

Stare To Compare

I am here you are there we both stare,
I about things in hand none you care,
For what is taken what is given?
We think somehow our will is driven,
Everything that we both got,
Is either stolen or given maybe bought,
and people spend so much time,
seeking that which they have in mind,
Why should someone else have more,
riches or love maybe fame and more,
while some do grieve in lonely pain,
while empty dreams drive them insane,
what is this favoritism that's so easy to see,
Does God love you more then me?
maybe Darwin has it right and life is just a dying fight?.......

Journey Through Life

In your jouney through life down the path of your goals,
there's a place that you surely must get,
and although you're not sure where that place is you seek,
with a roll of the dice you will bet,
for the name of the game is uncertain,
like the people that somehow you met,
and although you may think your in charge,
time will catch you up in it's net,
as long as those dice are a winning,
they will call you an excellent guy,
yet loose a few hands in this life,
and see how many stick by,
yet what does it matter a win or a loss,
it's all the same in the end,
for you know your ok if the man on that day,
will call you a genuine friend.....

The Trinity

If money is a reward from man,
Love is a reward from God,
and as for the ones who don't get rewards,
poppy's, coca and alcohol,
Yes God even considers the ones he hates.

Oh You Who Judge

Oh you who judge,
How quick you decide wheat from chaff,
Good from bad beautiful from ugly,
How quickly you throw away that which may be your salvation,
Yet the standards in which you measure do you not yourself?
How quick you belittle your neighbor to lift yourself,
Have you no imperfections?
or is the imperfections of others the pedestal in which you stand?
How quickly you laugh at the hurt of the ones you trample,
I sought your hand to lift me up but only received your laughs as I fell,
Death you great liberator you are the only one who does not judge.....

Over the Bridge To Far

How does one cross over to that place they need to go
is it need or wants high and low
just maybe some better way to go
my mind crosses first slowly passing as over ice
just to reach that place would be so nice
yet if that ice should crack
I may never go back
uncontent to find a content place of mind
one step forward or is it back
what is this from fate I lack
feeling covered in some invisible tar
over the bridge to far.....

Reflecting Pool

At a time within my jouney,
somewhere before it's end,
A place was found to rest at,
somewhere between self and friend,
not knowing how I got here,
not knowing how to leave,
I knew this was the time to contemplate and grieve,
to my left I saw a person,
to my right I saw a man,
in the middle was myself solving what I can,
A merging of all three would only equal one,
yet I couldn't figure out how the math was done,
so not knowing what to do I packed my scattered thoughts,
and not knowing what to pack,
the three of me were knots....

In Silence Sat An Hourglass

In silence sat an hourglass,
never faultering from it's place,
it was void of every concious thing,
A reflection for a face,
I felt it's weight upon my back,
and for this I could not rest,
at times I tried to trick that glass,
it just put me to the test,
for every time I stop some sand,
some other sand would fall,
and the more I tried the more I lied,
I could never stop it all,
so with pain and anger I grabbed that glass,
and stared into it's face,
and with pain and anger it just stared back,
as the sand fell into place....

Voice Within

As I sat and wondered what life was all about,
A chill ran quickly up my spine,
to that piercing haunting shout,
who are you I said quite frightened,
as that voice slowly sliped away,
I'm you replied the voice your life has gone astray......

Impatient Times

Before I was born there was nothing,
I did not worry,
I am alive now I worry,
soon I will not be here,
I wont worry again,
Good.....
