Prince Ifeoluwa Daniel Shanu-Olu Poem
My blood undenied;
Though a red lip;
Yet a significant figure;
We are oceans apart;
Waiting to confluence;
This caused by sources religious
view apart;
Which I hear will later confluence;
No response lie in wait;
When all the wishes of the sources;
Arrive at their door step when they
least expect it;
This you tell me in silence;
that the blood undenied will find it's
blood;
I trust you;
The blood of my blood that must
blood;
....My blood undenied

Prince Ifeoluwa Daniel Shanu-Olu Poem
When the sun refused to give in to season
Where were you?
Why did you eat poisonous food?
When the wind blew crisis around us
What step did you take?
When religion, race, politics and personality
Gave in to instrument of deprivation
Acceptance was not obscure to view
When relatives, friends, colleagues and neighbours
Stood on the fence
Denial was inevitable
Go l say again go forever
For the vacuum is now filled with unquenchable fire
The seed we share must timely long to see me

Prince Ifeoluwa Daniel Shanu-Olu Poem
O death!!! Why is the
reason behind your actions
unknown
Where can our oceans meet
That l may accuse you of
injuctice and wickedness
Why does your action
transform vibrancy to
nothing but dust.
Why, why but why?
Why leaving the
condemned to commit
more atrocities and
montrousness
The just spend but a
moment
This may be because you
don't want them to have a
hard taste of corruption
Through your actions;
Homes are broken,
Hearts are divided,
Tears and pains abound
Think, think, thinkless death

Prince Ifeoluwa Daniel Shanu-Olu Poem
At the world's extreme
corner;
Parents have a misplaced
priority
Youths have been beclouded
with moral decadence
Children nurture urges for
frivolities
Destructive blood runs in our
fetus.
Pen lacks intelligence
Midwives of the spirit
wrapped with lies
The elected seek their
pockets
Lightning system gives
ignited
candle stick
Hope is dashed
Seasons now a chameleon
Productivity falls below
quality
What is the hope of our
generational
survival?
The end we pull I pressume

Prince Ifeoluwa Daniel Shanu-Olu Poem
The sands of time has put us
in a
world apart.
Every phase of my existence
opens
the penultimate chapter of
your
inestimable worth.
For being true in my salt
My rejection nurture love
and care
For giving me eyes amidst my
shortsightedness
In my dark world; you gave
me light
For filling the
void when it was grassy and
wanted
wears;
The incalculable and
immeasurable lifting
structure you
gave
Held me up amidst the storm
You will forever remain in my
hall
of
praise.
A sister you are! ! !

Prince Ifeoluwa Daniel Shanu-Olu Poem
The presence of a rose
makes the
world to be at peace with me.
In her absence,
Birds seize to sing
Night fails to fall
Anarchy is set loose upon
my world
Imagination of her motion
brings to
the memory of my heart the
togetherness l long for
That my
sorrow may have an end
Eyes can see it,
Mouth can voice it out
Nose can perceive it
Skin feel that
Tongue can prove its reality
The unspeakable love I have
for
rose is far above coins, paper
and
words
This l must not fail to say- l
love

Prince Ifeoluwa Daniel Shanu-Olu Poem
Here I arrive,
I that can`t but offend in
words,
Here they arrive.
In their criticism, my flaws
arrive.
All at once my motionless
motive
convoked..
The steps I make provoked..
My actions and inactions
invoked..
My intelligence and humility
faintedly call
My trust and hope rejectedly
fall
My guilty patience and
perfection
roar
My aspirations and dreams
linger
to soar
My white garment portrays a
measure of stains
My crave for perfection
stalked in
unmovable trains
Alas, a reason we all have to
bath
in rains

Prince Ifeoluwa Daniel Shanu-Olu Poem
l am on the razor's edge
Trusting the undone years for
a
change
The feeling of pins and
needles
yesterday gives me
Makes me to have a pinch of
salt
for untold success of
tomorrow
Today puts me through the
mill
Because my childhood was
out on
a limb
Years to come turn the other
check
As if cheap at the price
My present spending is
taking a
plunge like a gold dust to
line my
pocket out
How do I kick the shit of
tomorrow?
When forces beyond spike
their
guns
A second attempt from you
Will provoke me to give you
a slap
on the wrist
Before I begin to kick the
shit out
of you
No more crying over spilt
milk
Since the undone years has
rewarded my childhood
agony with
success.
