The Mask

I put on my mask to hide,
all these feelings,
I feel inside,
the anger, the hate,
the hurt, and the sorrow,
I'm not looking forward,
to another tomorrow,
so whats one to do,
but live these lies,
and keep all of these feelings,
tucked deep down inside,
were no one can see them,
but I know their, there,
if only they knew,
would they really care?,
so on stays my mask,
to hide the real me,
hoping that no one,
can actually see,
the anger I'm holding,
the pain that I feel,
just wishing in time,
that it would all just heal.

Infatuation

He was consumed,
by a manifesting desire,
to have that he,
couldn't aquire,
because she belonged,
to another man,
and it was much more,
then he could stand,
he longed to have her,
to hold her, to care,
and he wasn't about,
to ever share,
If he couldn't have her,
no one would,
and he would have taken her with him,
if he could!!

Pj

He wasn't a coward,
though he took the easy way out,
no one really understood,
what it was all about,
but I know the truth,
and the pain that he felt,
and the hurtful feelings,
that life he'de been dealt,
so he ended his life November 1st.,
knowing that everyone,
would feel the worst,
but still he did it,
with that gun to his head,
I still can't believe,
that my best friend is dead !

My Forever Friend

I never knew what I had,
until he was gone for good,
and if I could,
I'de go back in time,
and change the way it should,
see, I cared about you,
in my own way,
and never in the world,
did I mean to betray,
because you were my friend,
from dusk to dawn,
and I never, ever thought,
that you would be gone,
out of my life,
in the blink of an eye,
but atleast you cared enough,
to say GOOD-BYE

good-bye my friend

Serenity

Serenity.......
is her name,
getting into everything,
is her game,
she's as bright,
as sunshine,
and as fresh,
as new fallen snow,
and I love to watch her,
as she grows,
her curiosity beats it all,
even though,
she's 3 feet tall,
her blue eyes sparkle,
when she's done something wrong,
and you can never be mad at her,
all that long,
her beautiful smile,
will make you weak,
even when,
she's being a sneak,
you can't help but love,
that sweet little girl,
with straw colored hair,
and bouncing curls.

Home

As I stand and stare,
at the wonderous sight,
with all it's beauty,
in the daylight,
were the thundering mountains,
meet the fresh fallen snow,
and the ponderosa pines,
seem to grow,
I can't imagine,
a more beautiful place,
and it was given to me,
by God's good grace.

My Friend

We did everything together,
from the start,
and not very often,
were we apart,
we were best friends,
through and through,
and whatever you did,
I would do to,
we had so much in common,
from day one,
like poetry and music,
to the setting sun,
I'll miss you more,
then words can say,
but sometimes I feel,
I may have been in your way,
for you needed to heal,
inside and out,
I knew that from the first moment,
and there was no doubt,
but I tried my best,
to give you back,
your self-esteem,only suceeding,
to watch your eyes beam,
but then in a flash,
you went far away,
and from that moment on,
I hurt everyday...

Falcon

As I fly,
miles high,
out across,
the deep blue sky,
I look for prey,
on the forest floor,
as I elegantly soar,
I can spot a hare,
a mile down,
and dive at 100,
to the ground,
I am the acrobat,
of the air,
and the king of the sky,
without a care.

One Last Time

It's hard for me to explain,
how I feel,
these emotions I'm having,
or how to deal,
I can't get over,
what's going on,
and I don't want to believe,
that your really gone,
I keep wishing to see you,
for one last time,
you were so wonderful, caring,
and in your prime,
I would tell you,
"I LOVE YOU", and I need you so,
and that I never, ever,
want you to go.

Wolf Brother

As we stalk the forest,
in search of food,
are means of hunting,
can be very crude,
we work together,
as a team,
sometimes we even,
cross a stream,
on the trail,
of a mighty mule deer,
getting caught,
is our worst fear,
for once we had,
a hefty bounty,
in every north western county,
are packs we once,
so strong and tough,
but our survival rate,
is getting rough.
