Dormancy

Silently slipping away through sleep,

A constant drift into further sea's,

Never reawake.

Lying breathlessly,

At peace.

With winds that cleanse

And carry me.

When I dream.

Reflect

Walking in the shadows of my life.
Staring through a never ending darkness of light.
Besides the pain, my mind is mostly fine.
Among the other things I could've done,
My heart & soul reflect tonight.

Never look back,
Unless your life depends on it.
Regression will only leave you dead inside.

Fight for what your worth,
Fight to make your future right.
Maybe someday you'll be reconized.

Walking through the shadows of my life.
Staring through the never ending darkness of light.
Regression only leaves us dead inside.
Fight for what your worth,
Fight to make it right.

To Be

All along it hasn't been enough

being as myself.

I wanna be the ocean

so that I never feel empty.

Never again, incomplete.

While listening to the sound

of the deep that surrounds me.

A sign of relief

that adapts to the sea.

For all the fallen dreams

seeking clarity inside of me.

I wanna be the ocean.

Out of Dodge

I can not wait to never wait,
the advent of change.
Let our memories fade
and forever decay.

Even though my heart is aching,
I'm leaving you behind.
These idol hands are drowning
beneath the depths of you and I.

Belief is true insight.
There may not be a sign
when it's time.

Even though my heart is aching,
I'm leaving you behind.
These idol hands are drowning
beneath the depths of you and I.

Away

... and you know I would give it anything

just to be away from what once was.

Finding out that the past means everything,

and what lies ahead is what went wrong before.

Pushing forward, take everything

that meant the world,

and begin to be.

The Cycle

An everlasting life on repeat,
with a youth rotting from the core.
Can't take back what's already gone.
Pick yourself back up, move on.

One life, one chance to live your dream,
and you choose to fall weak to your knees.
Day in day out growing older and weak,
if you don't believe then you got to have faith.

Life chose you to except this gift,
to die alive and live dead.
Be yourself to the very fullest,
never give in.

A Past Deceased

Letting winds lead you a way

from everything.

Leaving all that's left behind,

your moving forward now,

your moving forward from the end.

... & now your fragile hands are empty.

Now your love for dreams shall deplete

& shatter among the leave's,

away with winds that lead you a way from...

Letting winds lead you a way

from everything.

Leaving all that's left behind,

your moving forward now,

your moving forward from the end

Stay True

I have that voice
in the back of my head.
Guiding me toward
the strength I need to give in.

How can I change
who I already am?
When inside I know what's right
but still my mind is unclear.

My heart was there,
myself was not.
There my head lay
apon the dreams I let rot and...

Right now, right now.
I feel like dying.
Dropping dead into the sky that's above me.
Letting go of all the worries that haunt my sleep.

Right now, right now.
I feel like crying.
Keeping my sight set on the path that's before me.
Pick up, move on.
