Hello, Goodbye

my days are so bland
wake up! goodnight
her menacing voice spits
what do you want
how could i guess?
confusion fills my world
happiness comes and goes
like seasons
sharpness in tones
hate in your attitude
take your time,
say what you want

Cryptic

- i've been crawling across this path
wondering which breath will be my last
erasing the memories of my past
-making new ones every day
to replace those that go as they may
-input & output, out of my control
and i'm right back in this hole
whatever. let's just smoke a bowl
-endless rotation
dead body's floatation
-what's the solution?
to keep me from the endless pollution
the drugs keep up the dillution

Laughable

no i don't make sense
i'm most always tense
and my heart has dents
but why should that stop us?

my theories are juvenile
my thoughts are in a pile
and my worries go on for a while
but you won't notice.

i don't have much
i can screw up everything i touch
and my morals sometimes wind up in a bunch
but i won't stop being in love with you.

no i'm not pretty
my days are most always shitty
and i have too much pity
but my soul is open to you.

Yay

the words that come out, sting like a bee. the thoughts in my head, they're all about me. i'm on top of the world, better than you. you're a piece of shit, i wiped off my shoe. twenty minutes fly by and what do i find? a whole lot of people speaking their mind. i could ruin a lifetime of friendships in just one night. endless horror and dread or simple delight? no way i knew i'd **** up this bad. look at all that went to shit, all i could have had.

A Want, a Need

the things i'd say
the things i'd do
what i would give to you
i'm not sure if it's love
can't tell if it's real
but your heart is something i'd steal.

Nighttime

it sets in
now we begin
depression
obsession
just to write
take away the fright
waste away to the night
done
completely spun
dirty bassline
you're too kind
it was written
just to make her smitten.

You

Up the beach
down the road
open your heart
I'll call it home.

Inside or out,
I could care less
wherever you are
that's what's best.

I'm intoxicated
to the brim
my feelings for you
aren't like those for him.

Circus

life is more than a circus
the ringleader has a painted smile
and a plastic heart
what can y ou do when you're helpless
a lion locked in it's cage
just keep trying to claw out
never give up
the hope keeps you going
the bit of faith that one day you might just get out of this act and roam the jungle.

Stella

the thoughts in this demented mind... the pain only heard in silent cries. her mask was brilliant, hiding her tormented soul. on the outside she was strong as a bull. compliments to her personality and optimism made it easier to accept the criticism. on the inside she was ridden with self hate it all made it harder just to wait.

Drugs

shoot it up
drink it down
take a tab
erase a frown

have some fun
pay the fee
take a hit
get happy

snort a line
feel really good
inhale smoke
i dont know if i should

labelled now
stuck in the mix
now its gone
where's my fix

it's called addiction
i swear i've gone insane
hundreds of different chemicals
all going through my brain.
